Everybody is alway looking for that "MIRACAL" diet. The fact of the matter is everyone is lazy and doesnt want to lose weight on their own. That is why Anna Nicole is making so much money...U fools go out and buy something that is a bunch of horsecrap!!!! Get off your lazy asses and go for a walk, join a gym, run.......

She is on tons of drugs. She has been addicted to painkillers and cocaine for years. She was a stripper over a decade ago so she has never really stopped partying. She only recently started messing around with oxycontin and Howard too. That's why they both look so messed up and skinny. Heroin or opiates will make anyone lose ridiculous amounts of weight. Everytime she is on TV she is out of her skull, makes no sense ever, she looks like she can't focus or remember what she's talking about.

Plus Howard her attorney is crazy thin and looks horrible. Inside sources have seen them with oxys. Bad..terrible..stupid! Anyone who knows about this drug would recognize these people are using. Plus she is not in good enough shape to see that she has ever worked out. She is just skinny there is no muscle tone at all. She looks like she's been on a bender or binge.

I think the situation with Trim spa is a SHAM. The difference between Anna Nichole and the majority of the American public is that she has the money for a weight loss dream team. The most effective members of this dream team would be a kick ass personal trainer , a kick ass dietitian and a VERY kick ass plastic surgeon . If Anna Nicole’s brain had not been so over eaten by her elaborate consumption of drugs, she would be smart enough to be ashamed of putting her face an a shady product like Trim spa .

 I DIDN'T TAKE ANYTHING AND DID THE LA WEIGHT LOSS DIET WITH NO EXERCISE AT ALL AND LOST 45 POUNDS IN LESS THAN 2 MONTHS. EVERYONE'S BODY IS JUST DIFFERENT. EXCERCISE IS OVER RATED! IT WORK FOR SOME PEOPLE. I COULDN'T LOOSE WEIGHT CAUSE I DIDN'T EAT ENOUGH. BECAUSE WHEN I'M NOT HUNGRY I DON'T EAT! I WOULD GO 24 HOURS WITH OUT EATING OR EATING ONCE A DAY. NOT TO LOOSE WEIGHT BUT BECAUSE I WASN'T HUNGRY. PILLS ARE A MIRACLE TO SOME PEOPLE NOT EVERYONE! :)

Wait just a sec, FAT SNIPER contains ephedra. Is it safe?

 I think Trim Spa DID contain ephedra at the time Anna was losing, it was only later the FDA recalled all ephedra. I agree that she DOES sound so loaded on the show, slurred speech and screwy face.

This is funny reading all of this crap. Diets do not work. You have to reprogram your brain to eat the right things and get off your butt and do something that gets your heart rate up. Fat people will continue to get fatter feeling sorry for themselves waiting for that miracle drug to sweep them off their fat butts. It's a shame they have some thing like surgery to fall back on.

People were not meant to be this fat. They were not mean to wake up and eat pancakes and eggs and sausage. They were meant to get up and hunt for their food. Technology may be a wonderful thing but it's slowly killing us by making it easier and easier to do absolutely nothing. Work from home, shop from home...

I've seen TV shows with little kids that are 160 lbs at 6 years old. The parents are 9 times out of 10 obese as well. Where were these parents when these kids were 10 or 20 lbs overweight?? Why do they always wait until it's so out of control that they are worried the kid might die???

So....months ago something in me snapped. I went from 165 to 100 lbs the old fashioned way. I quit eating bad things, ate 4 or 5 times a day, started drinking water till it made me sick and got off the couch and danced. That's my exercise. I turn on my favorite stuff and boogie down like no ones watching...cuz no one is! I make CD's of like 6 or 7 songs and dance to them 3 or 4 times a week. That's about 20 minutes of exercise. Easy. Free. Turn on the radio and shake that fat ass!!

Hi Reality Bites.
Welcome to Weight Loss Forums.
I totally agree with you. Today sedimentary way of life did drastic changes to people metabolism. There is a real problem all over the world.
The best diet is to change your way of life, eat healthy and have any kind of physical activity.

Dancing it’s a great way of loosing weight. I used to eat all that I wanted when I wanted, drink tons of beer, loose nights over and over and all this did not made me fat because 3 times per weed I was dancing my ass off. Great times.
Now I work in an office, I have a steady girl so I do not go to club that often. I transformed from a wolf into a Panda bear. However I try to keep in shape by working out 3 times per week. I am taking from time to time various weight loss products like Trim Spa. I do not use Trim Spa to loose weigh, Trim Spa gives me energy to work out and keeps the hunger away. I do not know if taking trim spa alone would help but it’s a great supplement and it goes well with my exercising.

The bottom line is that love an office job with daily routines makes you fat. Taking any weight loss pill can not work if you do not do any exercises even dancing. Dancing it’s a great way to loose weight.

Hi!

I have an office job as well, hardly ever get from behind my desk. When I get home it's time to unwind and the dancing is wonderful for that to. I let lose all over my apartment and don't allow myself to stop until the CD is over.

I can understand taking a pill to SUPPLIMENT your already existing plan. But most people take the pill and do nothing else and expect major weight loss. EVERY pill out there says to use it with a sensible eating plan and an exercise plan. You can't just sit on the couch with your potato chips and trim spa and expect the weight to fall off.

I guess I'm just frustrated by people getting mad at all these drugs saying they don't work when they're not helping the drug work. Know what I mean?

Um, negative on the surgery. I have 3 friends, all very wealty, that have had the surgery to reduce their size and each one of them have an extremely ugly scar down their stomachs. Plastic surgery will not cover entire scar. Anna Nicole has posed for pictures in a bikini since her weight loss and you can see ugly stretch marks, but no visible surgery scar. The people here who say she had a personal trainer and dietician are correct. Maybe Trim Spa curved her appetite ( does mine, works different for everyone apparently ) but she did a lot more than just take 6 pills a day. A lot of foods out there stimulate your metabolism too so i'm sure her dietician went to town with those. Anyway, that's my opinion. No harm no foul.

I can't speak for anyone but myself, TrimSpa definately is working for me. I've been on this product for about 2 weeks and I know that i've lost minimally 5-10 lbs. I havent incorporated exercise (as of yet). All that I am doing is watching what I eat, drinking more water, not eating junk foods, not drinking soda water, and absolutely NOT eating anything after 6 p.m. Already i can tell a big difference.

There are times when I have to literally force myself to eat with this product. I have so much energy now, its a good product. My face ls the first change I noticed; then my stomach. I actually feel more toned then I have in months. My body feels alot tighter.

No, I don't believe Anna Nicole lost by ONLY using this product but i do believe that it has attributed to her weight loss.

It can work, but you'll need to have some discipline and let the pill do the work!

Several of the current weight-loss surgeries can be done with minimal incisions..yes, small enough where you barely see them. I care for patients who do have this surgery laparoscopic. Today, many insurances do cover these procedures so you do not have to be wealthy to have one. But there are great risks involved....something you do not see advertised with the Al Rokers and the Roseannes. I have had patients with MANY complications as well as death. I need to lose a LOT of weight and I could have this surgery at no cost. But I have seen the complications. Frightening, SO very not worth it for me. But yes, for some of our patients who are 400-700 pounds, it is a last resort and I would go for it at that weight, I think.
You can lose weight FAST with surgery or not if YOU DO NOT EAT, or if you eat really small amounts. All the surgery does is make you eat very little... something weight-loss pills or drugs or liquid diets can do. Whether Trimspa is strong enough to help A.N.S. get thin quickly is debatable....I just don't see it. We have also had many patients who have had the surgery and at first, lose lots of weight, and then, they gain it all back! Even with their stomach stapled or banded! Again, it is what you eat and how much!
I will always believe that the best way is eating healthy and in healthy amounts, exercise and perhaps, some sort of weight-loss aid to help with hunger. :)

:? Took 1mo dose, no appetite suppressant, did nothing, no effect at all. What's more is when I purchased the box at a local WalMart, I was so eager to take my first pill that I opened the box and TADA, no pills, they were stolen, so I hope that who ever stole those TrimSpa pills got what they wanted, b/c all I got was a quick trip back into Walmart for another box. I am about 20lbs over so this wasn't a biggie. Sorry believers!
