Did Anna Nicole really lose weight with Trim Spa?

Every body is different. I've heard from a few different friends that Trim Spa has worked for them, but again you won't really know if it'll work for you until you try it; so that's exactly what I'm going to do.
Even though I'd love to be able to lose the 90lbs quickly and easily... I know there aren't any real miracle pills out there. These diet pills are meant to aid you in your weight loss, it's not meant to be taken without any actions taken on your part to shed those pounds. I'm starting to work out 4 to five times a week, drinking more water and less pop, and watching what I eat. We'll see if Trim Spa actually work... I'll keep people posted on my progress.
Good luck to everyone.

its people like you that make it hard for people that is over weight to loose weight by calling them lazy. Just because they are fat doesn't mean they are lazy. back then I did it all. Like i said before exercise is over rated. It really only tones you..... For me no exercise worked for you maybe excercise work, but think about the people who can't exercise. No a pill is not a miracle cure for obesity, but neither is exercise there are health chances you are taking there too. You can combine the two but it doesn't mean weight loss. I drink up to 10 24 fl oz of water a day and do a lot of walking cause i work at homedepot and i'm a college student. My classes are blocks apart and i have to make it to class in 10 minutes. i don't use elavators i take the stairs to the six floor in the parking garage where my car is . Everybody body is just different thats all!!
by the way FAT SNIPER WORKS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!! I lost 20 lbs in 2 months. I weighed 163 after I had my 2nd and now I weigh 140!!!
LOL But truthfully Fat Sniper does work!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You are probably a fat lazy person that only wants a pill to do your dirty work!!! Excersie does work. Just walking around doesnt really do a whole heck of a lot. You need to get ALL of your body moving, use a ,tredmill, elliptical, bike , weights. Maybe you need to get off your fat ass and do more!!!! (have another doughnut)
i think trimspa really does work.. ive been taking it for only 4 days and lost 6 pounds.. just taking the pill doesnt get you anywhere you actually have to watch what you eat and excercise too.. so dont be so disappointed and try harder!!!
i love anna!! and her 1 # fan
im the same size she WAS im hopeing that with trimspa and eating and working out i can at least loose a few pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol be nice to win the makeover trimspa is haveing now!!!
penny
lets be honest here and even though we feel sorry for her she did not lose the weight on trimspa....she was paid to endorse it and had alot of cosmetic surgery and lipo done. All the tabloids have done stories on it and you can tell that the product is dead because you dont see them advertising anymore like they used to. The company is almost in chapter 11 because they spent so m,uch on advertising but their return wasnt what they expected. they got almost 30% back in returns and that KILLS their profits. The product just isnt what it used to be.....

Normally I never subvert myself into replying on message boards, but I couldn't help myself on this one....
I have to laugh at all the aforementioned comments about Anna, her big ass, her drug habits and her plastic surgeries. As much as it is an entertainment to make light of her, I can agree with most of the inferences and in the assumption that Trimspa had probably enveloped itself in with the rest of the "false advertising" world. I believe that 99% of the advertising for health fitness/diet products are most likely staged or have falsely scripted success stories. Sadly so, in the world of marketing, almost nothing can prevent false advertising and there's always that "fine print" that says something the companies would hope for you may overlook.
Advertising has always had a strong hand, in that it's as powerful as the eye can see. People like to "see and believe." Visual models as well as celebrity spokes persons are the keys to sucessful advertising, though it does not mean that the product itself is sufficient or effective. Anyone who sees the"before" and "after" models of Anna may immediately desire to know how she loss the weight and learn how she did it. It grabs your attention and it works. Who wouldn't want to look like that? Who wouldn't want to try out the new miracle pill. That's why advertising is effective and that's why it's used. That's why advertising is a billion dollar market now--they the BIG players. To some extent, advertising may prevail for a company if they use it cost effectively--otherwise (as someone mentioned above), poor budgeting afflicts.
There's SO many different healthcare/diet/nutrition weightloss products in the market--we all know that. It's one of the biggest new industries that's breaking out in the world market right now. We are constantly struggling to find that "miracle drug" that helps us lose the weight we want. Sadly so, marketing, advertising, and huge drug companies KNOW that. So we become victims of their trap. I'm not proposing that some of their products are ineffective--I actually believe that a lot of them may work. But I believe that they work in different ways for different people. It's about educating yourself and finding the "right" weight loss method for you.
Although, Trimspa may not be effective to most people (as it has not been for me), other products may be more effective--such as nutritional shakes or other supplements--or they may not. It's all about getting recommendations from those you trust, those who have seen results, and about trying out different products until you find the one that works best for you. It's not so much about slanderizing Anna Nicole and her product. It's not about right or wrong, since we already live in a world that is cast in the "wrong." We, as intellectual human beings, who have a choice--should already expect such mechanisms of false advertising. We should expect to be "wronged," especially within the diet industry. Therefore, we simply do our best to research products and find out what works best for us.
To tell you the truth, I have been on a whirlwind of weightloss products (protein shakes, diet shakes, diet supplements) and so far I realized that its more of a mental battle than a "substance" battle. I need to first find the heart and commitment within myself. I always failed in my goal when I didn't have an orderly plan (working out and eatting right) to get to the goal--to lose that 10 pounds. It's actually a lot more simply that it seems, but its mostly about being mentally strong and being consistent on your health/eatting habits. Those are the most difficult battles to face--everyone knows that. So many of us feel helpless and so we turn to "something else" that can help us lose it. All responsibility within our self, all self-confidence and all self-reliance, out the door. When I think about it, it's kind of scarey to have a "substance" or drug or shake to help us off the endless circle of weightloss. Some of them can be dangerous, unhealthy and cause long-term health problems, though they may have been passed by the Food and Drug Administration or whatever and whoever passes it. And the posable questions: Will we eventually grow immune to it or dependent on it? If it comes to that, then what? I learned that the most important aspect of any weightloss program is self-control.
So far I found Muscletech's HYDROXYCUT to be benefitual to me, when taking along side with regular exercise (which was most effective), eatting healthy (small meals per day anf not eatting after 6pm) and drinking A LOT of water. Although this program may have worked for me, in eliminating cravings and boosting my metabolism, it may only be a subjective point of view. As I stated before, various products work for various people. It's about finding out what works best for you. To tell you the TRUTH, I don't like how taking a supplement makes me feel. I'm sure a lot of you may have similar opinions. It obviously has it's side effects, such as sleeplessness, mood swings, dry mouth, ect. I think I'll be off it soon. I feel much better (mentally and physically) when I work out and eat right, without the supplement intake. Again, I'm trying to figure out what works best for me. I definitely feel more alive, awake and in control of my mind and body when I'm off the supplements. I know, in reality, I don't really need them...
In the end, I can't really be mad or disappointed when I purchase a product that is ineffective. Although some may be pricey, it's kinda of like purchasing hair dye or a toothbrush--you never know what's best for you, until you try. It's all about educating yourself, sometimes through trial and error. In a sense, I can't really blame Trimspa or it's advertising companies-- they are fit into a norm within our world of competitive marketing and the only thing that sets them apart from other health and fitness companies is that they have Anna. In retrospect, I think the selection of a spokesperson may say A LOT about a company and it's advertising tactics. Think about it--would Nike (a prestigious company)give up Jordan or Lebron for Anna Nicole Smith? Most of us know that Anna was somewhat delusional (on E!) and had some drug habits prior to purchasing her product. So I can safely conclude that it's us, that were the ones who got the short end of the stick--not Anna--who is now slim, looking better-than-ever (with or without surgery) and who is richer than you or I.

Many people also fail to read the fine print behind GNC receipts, but most of their products have a 30 day money back guarantee; the fine print that they hoped you'd overlook. So you aren't really loosing anything when you try their products, although the only trap you may fall into is dependency on a specific supplement...and then no one else can help you, but youself!
FINALLY THERE IS A SANE PERSON IN THE WORLD. Someone who is smarter then the DIET PILL. Thank you for that insite that you wrote. You are a person that will go far. I hope that you get to your goal.
I am a FORMER user of Hydroxycut. This was 6 and a half years ago and it had ephedra. I started taking them in 1998 when I joined a gym and lost 50 lbs (after the loss of a late term pregnancy). WOW! What a rush! After 2 months..there goes another 25 lbs! Muscles popping out everywhere and it made the cardio that much more effective! I went from 180 to 130...and AFTER taking Hydrox...I was down to 105.
Now I thought I was looking pretty darned hot! Wearing all the short skirts and stuff...but at 5'8 and 105....people were staring at me. Not because I looked hot, cause I looked like a WALKING X-RAY!!!!!!!!!! I am lucky my heart didn't explode cause towards the end...i was taking more than the recommended dosage......WITH 2 ESPRESSO CHASERS!!!!!!!!
I stopped taking them when I found out I was pregnant again. I quit cold turkey. Gained 80 lbs during my pregnancy and had a healthy, gorgeous baby girl!
I save a few pictures of myself when I was a "walking number 1 with legs" as my sister called me, and I could not believe I put myself in that position. All cause I wanted more out of excercise and pure vanity. I didn't really stop to think about my long term health.
I am not saying that people who want to lose weight quickly are bad people! It's just not easy. What with careers, children, all other facts of life makes it hard to make time for excercise and let's face it, who can really afford a gym membership.
"Excercise and diet" are NOT things people want to hear....especially me. But lets look at one wonderful, beneficial side effect of it.....THE ENERGY!!!! I started walking about 1 mile with child in tow (thank you God for strollers) and taking her to the park is a work out in itself being that she's 2 now! And I am happily 160 lbs, although for my childs future, I need to lose the weight, but in no hurry to do it.
Now with that said (I apologize for rambling), let's get to the Trimspa. Yes I succumed to the hype. And no I don't believe Anna Nicole did it on Trimspa alone. Look I will be so bold as to say, Ephedra is not illegal througout the whole United States! Just in certain states (unless someone knows something I don't), but I don't believe she did it on Trimspa alone
So I bought a "trial pack" at WalMart. It comes 4 tabs per pack. I decided to try it cause it didn't have ephedra. So I took one in the afternoon, then another in the evening. I am a breakfast eater so I didn't take one in the morning. I have done this for 2 weeks now, and all it really does (cause of the Hoodia) was suppress my hunger, and gave me a severe case of "cotton mouth". I drink about 1 and a half gallons of water to combat this. Other than that, well...this is all it does.
I think if it's weight loss you want from Trimspa, you aren't going to do it without portion control and even if it's 10 minutes a day to start...the excercise part it definately worth it. Just use it as part of a system.
Bless you all for your efforts and live life!
