3 Week Rapid Weight Loss and Low Carb - My Experience

How did the thermadrol work for you. I have been taking lipovarin for about 2 weeks now with no results. Lipovarin seems to make me tried & sleepy. Also no appetite suppressent. I do get full alot quicker. I wanted to add thermadrol or chromium picolinate to the lipovarin. Do you just take chromium picolinate supplements or the thermadrol that has it in it?
I would not take Thermodrol with this. It has a tendency to make your heart race so probably not a good choice to combine the two. I had the same problem with Lipovarin actually making me tired at first and also more hungry than I was before. I started taking Chromium Picolinate with it and my appetite and cravings are gone it works great for controling the appetite for me anyway. I take one in the morning and one in the late afternoon. I think that works better than one a day (chromium) b/c it has ended my late night hunger and snacking. I am also taking the Thyrotril.

Whoops I forgot to sign in. I only took the Thermodrol (along with Relacore) for 4 days. I lost 6 lbs the first 2 days probably water weight. I don't think the 3 week weightloss system is working for me but I am going to stick it out for the 3 weeks anyway. Even the the weight was going with the Thermodrol my heart was racing and my face was breaking out and I don't seem to be having that problem with the Lipovarin.

Day 10: 148
I can't wait to start the Aquadrene tomorrow.
I don't know if this 148 is going to stick around because I didn't eat or drink hardly anything yesterday. I had an omlete at 6:30, a glass of water to swallow my 3 Lipovarin, 2 Thyrotril and 1 Chromium Picolinate. Then I had half of a Grilled Chicken and Salad at Cracker Barrel at 5:30 and a couple glasses of water. I took 3 more Lipovarin then but not the Thyrotril or Chromium. Then I had a snack when I got home at about 9:30. I also had a headache was weak and crank most of the day for obvious reasons. I did 20 minutes of Taebo yesterday morning. I did 30 minutes on the Nordic Track this morning going all out at each 5 minute mark for 1 minute. That was a much better workout than just cruising for 30 minutes and also seemed to go by faster.
Back to a normal schedule today. I still have a headache but am guzzling the water. I am probably dehydrated from yesterday. Or it could be the splenda from last night. I don't eat sugar very often so when I do it sometimes gives me a headache.
I guess that is all for the day. I am glad to finally be down from where I started 10 days ago.

I can't wait to start the Aquadrene tomorrow.

Man do I have a headache today. It is rainy and damp here. I don't know if it is from the weather, yesterday, or the Lipovarin. I have had at least 100 ozs of water so far and am on plan with food. I ran out of LC Yogurt on Wednesday so we will see if I can make it with no afternoon snack. I have to go out to eat dinner tonight at 7 so I will probably eat something between work and then.

I added in the Aquadrene for the first time after breakfast this morning. I also got in a regular hour workout - Taebo Bootcamp with weights. It was hard to workout this morning after two light workout days. I ate too much yesterday even though everything was on plan so the lb gain was a nice surprise I was expecting a 2 lb gain at least.
I can't wait to see if the Aquadrene helps get the scale moving.

Day 12: 149.2 (march 27)
I slept in a little later this morning and we had an early Easter breakfast planned so only got in a 35 minute workout. I alternated 4 min at 4 mph and 1 minute at 9 mph for 35 minutes. I'm planning on getting in a little more exercise tonight. I don't notice any differences after adding in the Aquadrene we will see.
So far I would say the Liovarin is not doing a thing but I will continue to stick it out for the full three weeks.

I am with you. I really don't think the 3 week weight loss system is doing much, but I want to finish the whole 3 weeks.
At the same time I started tehe 3 week rapid weight loss, I also started watching more closely what I ate using the weight watcher systems . I think my early success is what naturally happens when you start a weight loss program.
I weigh weekly and over the course of the week, I only loss .4lbs. I feel I could have done that on my own. But, we will see.

Saundra - I agree but I want to make sure I give it enough time just in case there will be some amazing results
And then there is the cheap side of me that it was expensive so I am going to use it. I know I will be kicking myself after the three weeks for wasting three weeks but I hope I am wrong. It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't get some Relacore between when I ordered this and when I received it and in the 3 days lost 6 lbs. Hopefully we will both be seeing a big loss in the next week.

Still in the 140s so I am not too upset. I discovered how to make pancakes with flax seed yesterday. I really miss pancakes especially after going out for breakfast yesterday and everyone getting them. So hopefully I now have a healthy addiction.
I didn't get the exercise I was hoping for this weekend or this morning. I was a little late getting up this morning so did the 50 minute advanced Taebo tape. I will walk on the treadmill tonight also to make up for the light workouts this weekend. I shouldn't say light they were hard just shorter than usual.
I feel like I am back to being in pretty good shape. If I could just lose this excess 20 lbs I would look like I was in pretty decent shape

You can pick it up anywhere - drug store, grocery store, health store, walmart. Anywhere that they sell vitamins should have it. I got 500 mcg but you may want to get 200 mcg and if 200 isn't enough take 2 of them. That way you won't be taking more than you require like I am probably doing.

I got an extra hour workout in last night on the treadmill. Then got up this morning for 30 min of Taebo and 10 minutes on the Bosu. Hopefully will get in another hour on the treadmill tonight.
Was down a pound and a half this morning probably due to the Flax seed pancakes I made twice yesterday. I think they cleaned out my system pretty good. The extra workout probably didn't hurt either. I think I will eat the same thing today and see if I can't get the same results.
No late night snacking last night either. I was a little worried since I ate pretty much all day on Saturday and Sunday sometimes that takes a couple days to get out of that cycle.
