Thanks Savannah. Actually I am down to about 2 pairs of jeans fitting and they are skin tight. I have put on a little muscle lately but I have been working out daily for years so not enough to warrant this. I had to take measurement yesterday hoping for something positive. Nope the same as two months ago. All is not negative though my stamina has gotten pretty good and I am not having any problems staying on plan.

Day 15: 148
Yesterday I did everything including exercise and food the same as Monday but it didn't seem to move the scale much. I will take a little over up any day though. I did walk again last night for an hour and did 30 minutes of Taebo Abs this morning.

I went back to my omlette this morning and protein shake for breakfast. I will have the same salad I had the last two days for lunch. I may have to get an afternoon snack b/c dinner will be later tonight then normal and I don't want to be starving when I get home. I also won't get as much water in today - I will probably stop about lunch so when I get on the road I won't have to make a pit stop every 20 miles :)

So i am guessing you wouldn't recommend the 3 week weight loss system based on your experiences so far? I am curious to try your previous system of thermadrol & relacore. What do you think you will try after your three weeks are up? I am also thinking about the lipovarin wtih fat burner & carb blocker. I am just using lipovarin alone nothing so far i have enough left for about three days.

Based on my current experience I would not recommend it. I will probably go back to the Relacore since I have a whole bottle. If that helps I will not take the Thermadrol b/c I don't like how that made me feel.

Day 16: 147
Had a very on plan day yesterday. No snacks just 3 sensible meals. I walked on the treadmill last night for an hour. This morning I did 35 minutes on the nordic track 4 min moderate and 1 min high intensity repeated. I know it looks like I am losing now but keep in mind the day before I started Lipovarin I weighed in at 146. So basically there has been no loss. I am starting to think this is preventing me from losing b/c usually if I exercise and stay on plan I will lose something.

I stayed completely on plan yesterday the only difference was I did not get in an extra hour on the treadmill. I did unload 30 50lb bags of feed though so that should count for something. I got in 35 minutes this morning walking 4mph for 4 min and then running 9 mph for 1 minute. I was really hoping to see 146 today but maybe in the next day or two.

Day 18 - didn't weigh in and didn't exercise. Went out of town and stayed on plan food wise.

Day 19 - 150.8 ARGHH!!! :( OK I will be quitting before the end of the 3 weeks if the scale doesn't go back down in the morning. I am only 2 days short of 3 weeks I think it is safe to say this isn't working for me. I got in 25 min of yoga this morning and 60 minutes of walking OUTSIDE:)

I will probably start back on the Relacore in the morning and throw the rest of the 3 week system in the garbage.

I switched to Relacore yesterday. I also got back to my normal exercise this morning.

I had horrible withdrawals from stopping the Lipovarin yesterday. Mainly just a horrible headache from the time I got up until I went to bed and no energy. There was no headache today but still no energy. I hope to have it out of my system in another day or two. So much for my plan to wean myself off of it. Part of being so tired is from the time change I am sure.

I'll check back in ocassionally but it probably won't be every day.

Even though I said I wasn't going to I added in the Thermadrol with the Relacore and Chromium Picolinate. Instead of 3 capsules 3 times a day like the bottle says I am only taking 1 three times per day. So far so good on reducing my appetite. I definitely have more energy b/c I was able to do a second workout last night and still had trouble sleeping. I was down 2 lbs this morning from yesterday morning back to 149.5. So far on plan today and got in an hour of Taebo Bootcamp with 5 lb weights also. I hope the scale continues downward b/c I am running out of ideas.

Did i still make you feel weird or give your breakouts? I went and got a bottle of relacore & Chromium Picolinate. I still wanna add themadrol but still thinking about it? Please keep posting with your process. Thanks!

I'm confused. Are Lipovarin and Thyrotril two seperate things? Do you have to buy them seperately or does Thyrotril come with Lipovarin? Sorry in advance if these are stupid questions. Lipovarin and Thyrotril are two different products. Those two and Aquadrene make up the 3 week Rapid Weightloss System. Which is what I tried with no success.

I then tried Relacore and Thermadrol with Chromium Picolinate. I am not having great results and am almost out of Relacore so I won't continue that. The Chromium Picolinate is doing a great job as an appetite Suppressant. I have not had the side effects of the Thermadrol but that is because I am taking a much lower dosage than when I took it before plus the Lipovarin helped my body adjust to the caffeine. Yesterday I upped the dosage to 2 (3 times per day). I was down a lb today but it could just be a coincidence. I will stick it out until the bottle is finished and then reevaluate. I am having no problem staying on plan and exercising I just can't seem to get my body to let go of the lbs.

Erika - sorry I haven't been on here for awhile. I finished the bottle of Thermadrol and Relacore and didn't buy any more. I don't think they did anything for me. However all of a sudden in the last 2 or 3 weeks the weight is started to come off after a 6+ month stall.

Here is what I am doing:
supplements: Chromium Picolinate (appetite suppressant); Calcium, Potassium, and Magnesium (recommended when started having leg cramps last week while sleeping), Carb Smart Multivitamin

food: dropped my carbs to less than 15 per day; drinking 5+ cups of Yerba Mate tea per day (energy, appetite suppressant; and keeps me from retaining water) Yesterday I started replacing breakfast and dinner with low carb slim fast shakes and I was down 1.5 lbs this morning so I will continue that as long as I can. I live to eat so that will only last a little while.

I decluttered and destressed my life and found a big enough motivator. My attitude has really changed to the positive which is a huge help.

exercise: I exercise about the same amount but have been sticking to my hardest workouts. I have also gotten more consistent with walking on the treadmill at night. So right now I workout in the morning for an hour usually an advanced taebo tape, advanced taebo bootcamp with resistance bands, or my Navy Seals Burnout tape. At night I walk on the treadmill for an hour somewhere between 3.5-4 mph at a 3-8 incline depending on how much energy I have on a given day.

I am down to 142.4 from two or three weeks ago I was at 152.8. So between Thanksgiving and three weeks ago I had lost a total of 3 lbs and in the last three weeks have lost over 10. I really think I was deficient in one of those supplements I added. The weight started coming off the day I started taking them and drinking the Yerba Mate. I hope to hit the 130's by the end of the week.

I am so happy I am doing this with out taking any diet pills because I am a hot natured person anyway and those things just make me burn up in the summer.
