Yes I agree that was a nasty way of "keeping it real", but there are some truths that was mentioned, but in the wrong way. If you want to take diet pills it is stupid to eat a Big Mac and then complain about no weight loss. That's a given! but if you take the diet pill, walk or get some exercise 30min a day and drink water, hopefully that should do the trick. I just hate when a person says things that may ruin another person's hopes.

Everyone is different and have different struggles and different ideas. I say keep doing what your doing if your not feeling sick or weak. Everyone know when there body is telling them something isn't quite right so don't ignore the signs. How would you know if something isn't for you if you don't try??

But good luck to everyone and don't never let another person's comments get you rattled...it's not worth it! DO YOUR THING AND BE HAPPY...now that's keepin' it real.
Good Luck Everyone~

First of all, to “Not mean just realâ€￾ I would like to say THANK YOU! Reading your post just did me a world of good. Really, what an ego boost, I have never felt as intelligent as I just did, by comparison, after reading the ignorance that just spewed from your mind or perhaps your ass, if there is a difference. So I’m not fat by any means, in fact I am 5’ 6â€￾ and weigh 88 lbs, I love to be active but am no longer allowed because I can’t afford to burn the extra calories. I am embarrassed to take my shirt off around people because I look like a pale Ethiopian and people stare. I do not have an eating disorder and I eat all the time. Not just lettuce either, I eat a very high protein and carb diet as directed by the doc. I don’t take diet aids and my weight seems to be steadily dropping. Care to enlighten me as to what my problem is? Judging by the other posts it is obvious that your medical opinion is highly revered. Anyway to all others, I have a very dear friend who has mentioned taking this product. While I have nothing against diet pills it’s the same as any med., every now and then you hear horror stories. Does anyone have any comments not as much on the effectiveness, but more the safety of this product? Thanks

I found out in June of last year that I'm hypothyroid. Since then, I've gained at least 80lbs.
I take my levothyroxine as directed, eat healthy (low carb., low cal, low fat diet), I'm active, and I can't seem to shed these lbs.

At first I was completely motivated, and now I'm at the point of totally giving up, just because I can't lose more than 4 lbs. no matter how hard I work, or modify my diet. Right now, I'd sell my soul just to boost my metabolism, so I can start shedding this small person I've been carrying around with me for almost a year.

I've tried everything, without resorting to pills, to boost my metabolism, with no luck. For the last couple of days I've been looking for a natural metabolism booster, and found the 72 hr diet pill. Before I let myself fall for a gimmick, I figured I'd do some research to see if this works.
I don't really care about losing 12lbs in 3 days, I just want to naturally boost my metabolism without it affecting my medicine.

So the question is, has anyone seen a boost in their metabolism while taking this?

To reply to the comment from not mean just real, everyone' s body is different. I go to the gym at least 3 times a week and I still have trouble with weight. Trying pills is just a way to help give one a boost. As a matter of fact the 72 hour diet pill did give me the boost to lose weight. Your comment about using pills is for fat and lazy people just shows that their are still IGNORANT people in this world and their will always be if people think like you. I dont normally do this kind of stuff b/c i do have a busy schedule so I will leave it at that and hope you educate yourself better. As for the rest of you inquiring about the pill it did help me in 72 hours and I do plan on using it again. Good Luck

I have recently just had my second child almost three months ago. I gained about 46 lbs with child and since having her have lost only 25 lbs of it. I have just reached a level of comfort to move around and walk more and bend and stretch and work out but my stomach muscles ares still weak and really stretched out. Does anyone know of a diet pill that i can add to my routine to lose weight. I have been trying out the MUFA diet and so far have lost only an extra .5 pounds all though my weight seems to be spreading out over my body giving a slimmer appearance. Has anyone else heard of the MUFA diet and gotten any type of results with it?

I have discovered a fairly new diet pill called the "72 Hour Diet Pill". Like the name suggests, its a pill that supposedly gives you results atleast within 3 days. Its to help you lose weight for upcoming events like weddings, prom, etc...

At first I thought it was too good to be true and that it would be a total rip off... But after looking at all the positive feedback for it and seeing that it's money back garunteed, I'm beginning to reconsider. Also, one bottle costs ONLY $9.99... not that expensive :).

So I was wondering.. Has anyone heard of it or tried it yet?... Please give me your opinion on it. I'm so anxious to try it, but I want to have some one's opinion on it first :(.

Here is the link to where you can buy:

cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=230074310962&refid=store

(I haven't been able to find the official store yet, I'll post it as soon as I find it :)

Thank you in advance :)

You are only 100 lbs and 18!?! You are underweight and should NOT try this pill. You do not need to lose weight girl!! Plus the 72 hour pill is supposed to be dehydrating because it contains harmful duiretics. Don't use it, you don't need it. You should get help right away if you think you need to lose weight.

it is very true what you are saying

not mean just real wrote:

not to sound mean but any weight loss pill is for people who are lazy and dont want to workout or at least perform some sort of exercise. losing weight is a life time commitment its not a 3 month thing and oh wow im skinny now ill eat all i want and month later your fat azzes are right back where they were and why because you choose the easy way out. think about what your doing its not a temp thing its a life time commitment staying slim is not a easy task its all about discipline what you eat and what times of the day you eat and how much you consume. 90 percent of all people will buy diet pills because there fat and to lazy to go to the gym for at least 30 minutes aday or if you cant afford a gym take a walk or go out for a hike. buying diet pills and eating pizza and fast food for dinner will not help you lose weight. yes fast food is delicious and so are sweets there our number 1 cause for obesity. no one ever said not to eat them but eat them in moderation dont indulge on them and buy diet pills and expect to fit in that size 2 dress when your really a size 32 dress all your doing is damaging your body. next time you stand in front of the mirror and see yourself and that big body those love handles that lardy butt, that nasty bouble chin the odor your body produces from fat most probably cant see there own privates think about what your doing to your body instead of a burger eat a fruit instead of that delicious pasta eat a salad instead of dressing use lemon juice. so for all you lazy and over weight people who want to lose weight while they eat 4 double cheese burgers for breakfast and a side pound of bacon and those love.y 2 pills of weight lost ummmmmmm NO your better of not buying them no 1 ever said looking beautiful was going to be a easy task its a long journey ahead but anything can be possible.........
hi everyone! ok firstly to that comment i think that if ppl dont know all the facts they should keep there bloody mouths shut and didnt ur mother ever tell u IF U CANT SAY ANYTHING NICE THAN DONT SAY NOTHIN AT ALL!

Me personally i have bipolar, deppression and a thyriod problem and am on 6 tablets twice a day, when i first went on these i was 70kg and i put 20kgs on in two weeks and then another 10kg in a month so in the matter of a month and a half i put 30kgs on! it took me 6 months on a fullon diet of 15protiens and 28carbs a day no fat no proccessed food just meat veggies(no corn or potatoes) salad and 3 fruits (cause most fruits have a lot of nattural sugars)30 mins excersize a day (couldnt do more than that cause had no energy) and only alloweed to drink water and 2 200ml glasses of lemonade and if i wanted a cuppa it had to be no suger no milk and decafe, to get back down to 70kgs.

I was put on to a maintianece diet and guess what it took me 2 months and i was up to 95kg (+25kgs)so now if i want to try either loose weight orstay the same i have to stay on a very low carb, low fat, noprossesed food diet, like i did b4 but now have to stay on a diet like this for life if i dont want to put on heaps of weight (BUT MIND U I STILL HAVE WEEKS THAT I PUT ON A COUPLE OF KGS AND I DONT MESS WITH THE DIET AND STILL DO 30MINS OF EXCERSIZE A DAY)

SO EXPLAIN THAT ARSEHOLE!

ANY WAYS IVE HAD MY BITCH SO .......
i started the 72hr diet pill today had my first 3 tablet b4 brekky, its been 5 hours feel good and actually have a bit more energy :)

so if any one has some NICE feedback on these pills or on my weight loss
(if im doing anything wrong) i would love to hear it

thanks kitten

Like fishguy I have tried just about everything. I lost 13 lbs but I was finding it almost impossible to lose more weight after I severely plateaud. I was really really tempted to starve myself but by now I know better. I started doing the b12/lipotropics and I got unstuck and started losing steadily again. What I like about it is that it is vitamins and amino acids and completely natural and safe. I have learned how to give myself the shots and am used to it and actually look forward to it as it gives me such a boost in energy. So... I have dropped another 8 lbs with the b12/lipo and am so much closer to my goal of 150 lbs which is only 7 lbs away!

I order the pills yesterday. I have already started excercising and trying to eat right before taking them to help with the process. I hope that I get the results I am looking for. For those of you looking for answers. I suggest making sure you are excercising and eating right while taking this pill. Don't expect the pill to do all the work. You will probably see better results if you are exercising and eating right.
