Hey all! I just ordered the 72 hour pill today and hoping it will help me out with my daily exercise and special-k diet that I have just started a few days and doing great with keeping up. Now I was wondering.. Where exactly do you lose these pounds? I have a small gut and pretty much a huge butt and thighs and trying really hard to lose them both!! So anyone who has tried it and it worked, where did you lose the weight for the most part?? Thanks!!!

hi, well i took my first lot a few weeks ago and i lost 6.5kg in a week but i did 45 min excersize a day on my excersize bike and also used 1kg weights at the same time ( no excersize on weekends) but am on a really strict low carb,low protien , no sugar, no fat diet . i lost most weight in my legs, arse and arms, (and a tad bit from my belly but wasnt doing any belly excersizes)
(obviously if your not working that area you wont loose much from there)

I used this for the past 3 days. Like others who have posted, I was very skeptical, but I liked it! Unlike other "detox" pills I've tried, this one doesn't cause a lot of gas and explosive episodes in the bathroom. I think the main thing it did for me was minimize my food cravings, making it a lot easier to eat healthy.
I don't own a scale but my stomach was noticeably reduced, probably from the diuretic effect.
I have polycystic ovarian syndrome, which causes bloating and weight gain, so for me it was a worthwhile purchase, and the ingredients don't seem to be harmful at all, though I plan to ask my doctor about it next time I see her.
I think it's valuable for reducing cravings. Also, I've found that chromium has a similar effect.

i was always a size 5 i was skinny my entire life till i got diagnosed with thyroiditis which is an autoimmune disease. i gained 35 pounds from it because my body is slowly killing off my thyroid so i do not over indulge and i exercise alot so if your gonna judge someone you need to know your facts.and secondly you may be small now but you never know what size you will be in five years.
today is my second day but i have already lost 2.5 pounds. im pretty excited about it because im trying to lose my baby weight and a few extra pounds i gained from my thyroid being messed up.

not to sound mean but any weight loss pill is for people who are lazy and dont want to workout or at least perform some sort of exercise. losing weight is a life time commitment its not a 3 month thing and oh wow im skinny now ill eat all i want and month later your fat azzes are right back where they were and why because you choose the easy way out. think about what your doing its not a temp thing its a life time commitment staying slim is not a easy task its all about discipline what you eat and what times of the day you eat and how much you consume. 90 percent of all people will buy diet pills because there fat and to lazy to go to the gym for at least 30 minutes aday or if you cant afford a gym take a walk or go out for a hike. buying diet pills and eating pizza and fast food for dinner will not help you lose weight. yes fast food is delicious and so are sweets there our number 1 cause for obesity. no one ever said not to eat them but eat them in moderation dont indulge on them and buy diet pills and expect to fit in that size 2 dress when your really a size 32 dress all your doing is damaging your body. next time you stand in front of the mirror and see yourself and that big body those love handles that lardy butt, that nasty bouble chin the odor your body produces from fat most probably cant see there own privates think about what your doing to your body instead of a burger eat a fruit instead of that delicious pasta eat a salad instead of dressing use lemon juice. so for all you lazy and over weight people who want to lose weight while they eat 4 double cheese burgers for breakfast and a side pound of bacon and those love.y 2 pills of weight lost ummmmmmm NO your better of not buying them no 1 ever said looking beautiful was going to be a easy task its a long journey ahead but anything can be possible.........

Little miss everyone here is lazy and doesn't want to work out...Do you have any idea what these people on here have tried to lose weight? No. Do you know what diets they have tried and failed at? No. So, before you start running your stupid mouth, check first. I exercise 30 minutes a day, which YOU pointed out as being helpful, and it has done NOTHING for me. So, am I a "lazy" person? No. And besides, the girl who posted after you is right. Anorexia, and bones is not sexy dear. My husband happens to think that those "love handles" you pointed out, are sexy. At least he doesn't feel like he is gonna snap me in half when we have sex! I weigh around 150-160, and I am 5 foot 3. Not overweight by any means, but def got some chub I would like to get rid of. Diets and exercise have not helped for me. So, shut your mouth skinny *itch, you don't know what your talking about. And being a size 2 isn't the only thing that makes you beautiful. Your personality does as well, and your just made you the ugliest person on here hun. I happen to think a girl with curves, and meat on her bones is so much sexier then a girl in a size zero who can't find pants that fit because she has no shape, and her ribs poke out her shirts. So the question is, has anyone seen a boost in their metabolism while taking this?
my friend has this same problem, she did the alli diet for a while stopped taking the pills but kept eating like instructed in the booklet, she has lost 44 lbs since January!! Hope this helps!!
hi there, i just started taking the pills today, i have already noticed a slight increase in the "gassy" area...lol i will post again when i am done taking them. i have noticed that i am peeing a lot more than normal. has anyone else recently started taking these pills?

well this is the beginning of the second day for me and amazingly i have actually lost 2 lbs. i know it is water weight because seriously, what else could it be? lol but i went for a 1.5 mile jog yesterday and plan on doing some light weight training today, and another jog tomorrow.
