The pill is a diuretic...I tried it and it made me go to the bathroom a lot. I didn't even bother weighing myself, because I knew better. NEXT!

The rapid heartbeat when increasing physical activity is a sign of dehydration. I have read in several different forums that this pill contains a diuretic, please be careful. If you are experiencing rapid hearbeat consistently, not just with excersize, it could also be the result of the caffine in this product. If you are sensitive or already consume a lot of caffine you should keep this in mind.

The directions say to take 3 tabs 30 minutes before breakfast with 16 ounces of water AND to do the same before lunch. So, I did I took the three pills with 16 ounces of water. I waited 30 minutes. I ate some egge. It says to eat protein and veggies. Also to stay away from fatty foods. I drink water all day. I was so strung out that I could not even focus. Of course it faded after about 6 hours. I had to be near a potty. I probably used the restroom at least 20 times yesterday. Needless to say, I did not take the 3 pills they reccomended at lunch time. I was still recovering from the first dose. I think it works, if a person can handle all the side effects. The inability to focus, constantly using the restroom, and lower abdominal pains. Hey, I lost 1 pound. That was just from One dose. I bet if I could have handled it, I could have lost at least 6 pounds in three days. I just can't handle it. Good luck to you all.

I'm sorry people... But diet pills don't work, they're a false hope and it's only going to make you feel worse when you don't get the results you want. DIET AND EXCERSISE! That is the key to losing weight! Stop trying to cut corners. Do you know how idiotic you people look when I read these? Honestly I was exactly like that and spent too much money trying to find and easy way out when all i had to do was go to the gym, and by the way; the faster you lose weight the faster it comes back on MEANING there is no quick solution. Even if your obesity is linked to your genese, get active, get you're lungs and heart healthy because it's just going to bring you down in the end, and you know what if you guys don't start now you will NEVER lose the weight with your lazy attitudes.

WOW, "HealthyPerson"
Did you just not read what most of these people wrote?!
What's your wonderful advice to someone who DOES work out, and eat right, but can't lose weight!
I can run close to 4miles in about an hour and 20 mins.. if I really feel like it I'll do 6 miles in 2 hours (on a treadmill) now I do love food, But I don't eat sweets, I do NOT eat fast food (makes me very sick) I don't even eat meat often.. I eat a crap load of salads, with very little dressing, Infact my friends, and husband make fun of me because I just love lettace!
Now, when I was in highschool I took stackers with the ephedra in them, I didn't even take one everyday-- I lost close to 50 lbs on them in 6 months. I went to 105lbs, I ate, and worked out. Not that they have been banned-- I eat less, work out... but close to 200 lbs..
Please tell me jackass, what am I doing wrong?

No one has the right to call overweight people lazy, and i dont say that because im one of them, trying to make myself feel better. I am very skinny but for me that is just lucky genetics. I see my friends and the others around me struggling with image problems and lifestyle changes, and they are not lazy. They are trying. They dont need any more people putting them down. Now, while i am currently doing an assignment on 72 hour diet pills and in researching came across this page, i do not believe they are healthy or beneficial. Diet pills are a temporary fix - a band aid for a bullet wound. Most diet pill speed your metabolism and make you store less fat or water, which means when you stop, your body thinks it didnt get a normal amount of protein, fat or water so it overcompensates, making you gain more weight after. A lifestyle change is needed, and so is excercise, for some it is much harder than for others. If its not working, keep at it. Some things take time. People should not make assumptions like “fat people are lazy”. I mean, can some really help it if they got dealt a bad set of cards? i have an unhealthy lifestyle and are stick thin but i see the others out there - my cousin has a thyroid problem and my friend takes too many metabolisers to be healthy. If diet and excercise arent working, and if you are feeling depressed and you think that you need to resort to artificially changing your body than that is your choice to make (however bad that choice may be for your body), but just know that overweight people are not ugly - big girls can be beautiful, and some skinny people do care what your going through.

I can do very little workouts due to chronic back pain and back fusion... i do walk the treadmill but it doesnt help. I tried this and have noticed slight (2lbs) loss and I am not as hungry but it didnt help the way it said.

Diet pills are not for lazy people. Im a collegiate
track runner but im still heavier then I would like to be and that's because I was diagnosed with hypothroidism when I was in 4th grade...a disease most people don't get till their late 20's. It makes it extremely hard to lose weight. So before you criticize others you need to get your facts straight. This is a chat room to ask about a pill not to listen to negative opinions from assholes. No one wants to hear negativity while trying to lose weight. Also, why do you care about how or why others want to lose weight? Mind your own business and don't be such an ass. Some people just need a little boost to start their diet.
Sincerely,
Courtnie

There are some harsh things being said on here. We are all adults, grow up! if someone wants to do something its there business and they shouldnt be given sh*t for it. i am 21, 5'7 and weight 160.. im not big but not where i want to be. I also have celiac diease so im on a perminant no carb diet. lol... diet pills arnt all bad, my suggestion, all natural suppliments. i.g. green tea, multi vit, ALL NATURAL colon cleanse, eating health (smaller proportion and more often), and lastly workout. you dont have to be a body builder, just start out small and challenge yourself. the key to weight loss (they wont advertise it, bc its free) self control. I love food! but i had to get in my head that i love myself and life more.

Anyone who has time to complain about the way someone else wants to lose weight obviously has nothing better to do. Ms Not mean but just real is one of those skinny girls at the gym who make everyone else feel uncomfortable, and spend their whole life keeping weight off than actually having a life. Please go to the body buillding, or gym fanatic forum because the focus here isnt on your rudeness. I am currently starting the weight loss videos, and Im am also going to take the 72 hour diet pill. Im not sure if this is going to work because of the struggles in the past. I just know I am going to keep my head up, and find a way to lose it, and have a good time with it.
