| Ok, so about 12 pounds in 2 weeks? That is good. Congratulations...you should be proud. I will let you know how I am doing, too. Nothing has changed yet. I am downa bout 5 pounds since I began about 8 days ago. I don't normally eat breakfast, but have been eating a banana and 1/2 piece of taost each morning since taking these. I take 3 Nuphedra per day. 2 at breakfast and 1 at the lunch time. |

Frustrated |
|

I am getting really frustrated, today is Day 12 and I am still ony at barely 5 pounds...when you are taking 45 pills a day...I am expecting better results. Anyone else having a slow start? I don't want to give up...I said I would give it a month to see if it would work for me.....but I am disappointed. I am still running to the bathroom with major gas issues and no great weight loss. |

Just started today |

| I have just started today on the Eroved. I took 3 T-10 and 2 Nuphedra at breakfast and the same at lunch. I noticed the bathroom thing right away, and that my stomach makes a lot of noise. I am not sure if this is the right dose to take. And that there has not been any postings in awhile |

| I really want to try this, but I have a few questions. I heard that the stimulant Nuphedra is making some people jittery. I could definitely use a boost in energy, but I am worried that it might cause a heart problem. I used to work in a vitamin store and all of the products containing "ephedra" (which isn't in Nuphedra but also caused jittery side effects) warned that anyone with a family history of heart disease should avoid taking it. Should I be concerned about this with eroved? Also, I have had really good results, losing 10 lbs. in two weeks, with the diet I just started. I'm not sure if those of you who are currently taking eroved are also on a diet or if these pills have helped you drop the weight independently. If your results are with pills and diet, then I am getting similar results without pills. If your results are from pills without diet, then I am thinking that my wieght loss could skyrocket if I use both. What do you guys think? |
