if you exercise and eat right at your age you will lose it. i was chubby as a young teen and gained in that puberty time then joined track and lost most of it, at that age your body adjusts quickly- this is for all teens. don't hate yourself think realistically or you'll end up with an eating disorder you wont be able to control. dont ruin your ability to enjoy life. please,

hi i am also a 14 year old over weight, all i can say is set a reasonable goal don't drink anything with sugar in it (espically pop and kool-aid) i have lost 30 pounds in a month just excercising and eating healthy remember not to starve ur self tho..good luck :)

I think you should go for morning walk regularly. Also do some free hand and exercise. If possible swim 15-20 minutes also good.

was way out of line!!!!!
If she was over weight she would not want anybody to say that to her shes just a b!*ch
sometimes it's not that easy. you could run for hours and that would not help!!!!
I'm one of the 14 years olds that don't even eat suger..
i purfer friut!!!
