Cylaris diet |
|
|
| I started Cylaris about a week ago and am not that excited about it. I'll probably just finish the bottle and then stop taking it. Here's how I feel each day: Day 1, I felt great all day. I was in a good mood pretty much no matter what! After that, I just started having racing thoughts every night (probably due to the large amounts of caffeine in Cylaris) and a stomach ache almost all day. I hardly eat, so it's a good appetite supressant. But the best way to lose weight isn't to stop eating. I think, combined with an exercise plan that is actually used, it would be a good pill to take. However, if all it makes you do is cut calories, then you can do that without spending the $40 a month. |

I've only been taking it for 6 days. But I'm lucky and don't get the night time sleep problems.
Although I take my second dose no later then 2:30.
One day I took it at 5:30 and I literally didn't fall asleep until 2 hours before I had to get up.
I've lost 3.6 pounds in 6 days.
Not a whole lot but I also havn't cut my calories drastically.
While I'm watching what I'm eating I'm still eating about 1500-1600 calories a day.
I have a huge appetite and it takes me about a month to get used to 1200 cals or less a day. And even then without pills I only lose about 2 pounds a week typically.
I do get very mild nausea but not much. It really has helped with my appetite which is my main issue. So to me it's worth it.
I really wish I could just cut calories but I need something to help me along the first few months then I'm okay without.
So far Cylaris is working better for me then any other pill I've tried for appetite and weight loss without starving myself.
Next week I plan on cutting my calories to 1400-1500 cals to see what that does.
Then slowly work my way down. |

| i've been taking cylaris for a week now and i've lost 4 lbs. its not much, but i'm sure that if i exercise more, it'll boost my results. i think the reason for the sleepless nights might be because all the extra caffeine from the pills that is intended to boost energy, isn't being used. i take the pills before breakfast and dinner and then a few hours after dinner, i workout. i eat around 5 everyday and go to bed around 9, so someone with a different schedule can't relate. but i would suggest taking the pills before breakfast and lunch, that way you can get rid of that energy before you go to bed. then again, caffeine has never had much of an effect on me energy-wise, so i'm not sure of how much help i can be. |

| Hello armygirlfriend! I noticed, when I was reading about Cylaris, that we are the same size! How funny! I also started cylaris today, and hope there are not bad side effects. I was on Leptopril, and although I did not have any side effects yet, I got the flu and don't want to take anything that strong for a little while yet. Good luck, and keep posting. I would love to see how it works for you. If you want to join us in either the July 1 challenge, or the lose 50 lbs by Oct. challenge, we would love to see you. I am posting there regularly, and will keep my progress up to date while on cylaris. |

| i've been taking cylaris for almost two weeks now, and since i started on it i've had difficulty sleeping, seriously intense hunger pains right after eating a meal, and tonight i had a very bad reaction to it where i broke out in a severe rash resembling something you'd get from niacin. i don't know if there's niacin in it?? i can't find anywhere if there is. all i can say is that after tonight i won't be taking it anymore. i've had too many bad experiences with it and it hasn't been helping at all with my weight. |
