I have started my life change to day. I was highly inspired of Linsey here on the forum, so thank you Linsey.

I will start to day on Redutil prescribed of my Doctor, Weight Watcher and exercise.

My goal weight 74 kg (163 pond) but I will take this step by step and my first goal is 110 kg (242 pond)

I have tried loosing for so long time, I have lost then gain again, but I do not fell I really have been serious, I AM NOW!! so now it is the time for My Life Change.
