Hi, Haven't been on the board for awhile but just read the post from someone saying that you shouldn't take ephedra for more than a week and that it's use would not be "a sound reason to use ephedra for weightloss". This is completely unfounded. If you really want to know about ephedra and it's safety and efficacy for weightloss, go to this link and read the study information by Dr. Carol Boozer, Harvard Doctorate of Science.

My wife died two months ago from a heartattack brought on by her use of ephedra. She was in great shape, athletic. She loved the product, she swore by it. She never had any adverse side effects, until she died. The product is great, you lose weight, you have lots of energy and then you die from it. Do what ever you want. Its your choice. But this stuff can kill you. I know. I've experienced it first hand.

I am of the view that we should use such products which are approved by FDA.I will not consider ephedra for weight loose purpose becaust this product is not approved by FDA.
