Well, I am back, and I hope to be a winner this time! Will start a journal and post when I can. i need to stay honest with myself and others. Sometimes I say I am trying, but I know that eating pop tarts is NOT TRYING! Embarassed
So here we go. I have a wedding to go to on July 7th, and my boys birthday party is on the 21st. I want to look GOOD!
Starting weight: 196.6
Goal over-all: 165.
Goal by July 7th: 183.6
Goal by July 21st: 178.6

Doing it for myself!

Down a lb today, which was good. Went to a b-day party last night and had mexican food! Yummy but not good for me! Did only have one very small taste of the cake off of my sons plate. Very good, but glad I didn't have more. Didn't do much excersise yesterday, will do more today. Usually do it in the evening, but after the party and getting the kids to bed, we just watched some t.v. and went to bed. I bought a thingy to measure how many calories I am using while I move all day. It was surprising how few it was! So my goal is to up it by 100 calories or more each day from the previous until it reads 2000 calories. I know it can't measure everything, so maybe thats high, but it will at least force me to move my big butt more!
I am currently on Liporexin, as it helped me last time, but it's not doing a whole lot this time. I ordered Cylaris, and I hope it's here by the time I run out of Liporexin.

So here's my stats:
Starting weight: 196.6
Goal over-all: 150.
Goal by July 7th: 183.6
Goal by July 21st: 178.6

Today was a good day! Didn't think I did so great yeasterday. I mean I walked a lot more and didn't pig out much, but I still didn't feel like anything happened. But I was down almost another lb! Whoohoo!

So here's my stats:
Starting weight 5/29: 196.6
5/30: 195.6
5/31: 194.7
Goal Weight: 150
Goal by July 7th: 183.6
Goal by July 21st: 178.6

Well, I am feeling better now. Just got over the flu! Haven't started to eat much yet, but will need to soon to get strength back. On a good note, I actually saw the scale read 185.0! Of course that was after several hours in the bathroom, being very sick and being dehydrated. not good. But it was such a pretty number I look forward to seeing it for real!

Well, Almost everyone is better. Still waiting for Bryan to get over it. My weight is stabalizing, around 188. Yesterday I took a half dose of Cylaris, and will see what it does. Didn't feel anything but hungry, so I think I will up it to full dose today. Haven't weighed myself yet. Yesterday I watched my calorie intake, wrote it all down, walked 4 miles throughout the day, lifted weights last night, and made sure that the calorie burner thingie said I burned all the calories I ate. Need to go weigh myself and see if it did any good!

Hmmm.... I keep forgeting to post here! I post on all my challenges! Oh well. Been doing okay. I got stuck for a while, but seemed to finally get myself unstuck. The day before yesterday I walked a total of 8 miles. Yesterday I walked 7. I am pooped, and sore. I am also on Cylaris. The weight is finally dropping again, and I look forward to the 170's really soon! Whoo hoo! I don't know if I will get much walking in today. My hip is so sore. Probably just from walking too much. I'll get in what I can, and keep watching what I eat. Even though I am taking a supplement I am also making sure I get lots of excersise, and have really been watching portions and calories. I want this weight loss to stick, so I am making sure this is a lifestyle change, not just a diet!

And there is something wrong with my ticker! I have actually lost 19 lbs. Today I was 181.0! Weeeeeee! Dancing

OKay, here I am again. I am posting on so many forums, I forget my own journal!

Down some more and very stoked. (do people still say that?) Laughing
Still walking a lot, and as I say I am walking my butt off, litterally! I like what I see in the mirror, and look forward to liking it more. Its getting much more fun to put clothes on. Can't wait to get to my ultimate goal!

5/30: 195.6
5/31: 194.7
7/25: 178.4
Goal Weight: 150
Goal by July 7th: 183.6 (made it!)
Goal by July 21st: 178.6 (missed by one lb!)

I think the best way to accomplish something is having our own goals set before we start. You have done a great good first step. So, how did the wedding go?

Goodness, it's been a while since coming on here. Over all I have lost 30 lbs, and have been stuck at 170 for a while now. Trying to get out of that plateau. Wedding went fine, boys party went fine, feeling good, but need to get back to working out more. I can tell that even though the scale doesn't move much, I have gained some flab back, and I want it gone! Laughing
