Your doing great Ironeagle! Keep it up! And about the skin sagging. It doesn't matter if you lose the weight fast or slow, if you have streched your skin to a 400 lb limit (which I know you are FAR from) it will not be nice and firm when you go down to 150. it just wont happen. I know when I lose all the weight I want that I will have some lose skin, some from just being fat, some from having 2 kids. But I'm with you. Would rather have it empty than full! Laughing

Hi everyone my target weight loss for the 30th of June was 82kg im happy to announce that im now 82.2 kg .. a bit 0.2 over but hey at least its just 0.2 short heheheh

im not disappointed coz i know that i exercised and i know that i have built some muscles while working out.

Again a million thanks for all the support..

hugs for you Laughing Losingtown Laughing you are such a great motivator and yes I'll be continuing what im doing with a little bit of caution because im too scared to be sick and come back to my oldself.. i love what i see now and I love feeling great. I guess i lost so much this month because people initially lose a lot on the first few weeks and my friends told me to not be disappointed if i can only lose 1 or none in a week because thats what happens when u are building up muscles..

Oh man im in heaven right now im so happy that all im working for is paying off and im happy to fit in to clothes that doesnt fit me 4weeks ago.. its a great feeling

I have changed my goal for this month I have lost so much last month and I dont want to expect 2kilos of weight loss each week I want to be realistic since i exercise everyday and building up muscles I want to set up a realistic goal which is just a kilo a week if i lose more than a kilo then its an added bonus for me. I want to be healthy and not to kill and stress myself losing weight and becoming healthy in the future. I also dont want to pile back the weight i have lost. So to be fair with myself and to remain healthy i decided to just aim a kilo a week.

heres my goal this month

July 7 81kg
July 14 80kg
July 21 79kg
July 28 78kg

Well, I was frustrated the last two weeks only losing 1.8 pounds each week. My goad is 3 but this week since I stepped up the protein drinks has already been 4 pounds in like 4 days...I am happy with that even if I don't lose anymore between now and Thursday. Just gotta stick with it. I went to the movies this weekend and we walked right past the snack bar. My husband has been supportive. Good Luck everyone Smile

hey fellow dieters.. im so happy today (i didnt weigh myself--thank God coz im getting addicted weighing myself for the past few weeks) anyway i was able to fit in to my old jeans (my favourite jeans 4 years ago) a month ago i cant even put it up to my thighs and now im wearing it without any problem i cant believe that this weight loss program is working (of course with the help of dedication, sweat and hardwork and of course with the help of our fellow dieters from this forum). people are still skeptic how long can I last doing what im doing.. Im proud to say that ive been eating healthy for 35 days now and been watching every single thing i put into my mouth. I know and very certain by the end of this year i'll be able to lose the weight i need to be able to keep up with the kickboxing camp in thailand this dec 21-jan 18.

Keep it up everyone.. i know we can all do it.

Dancing Hurray Dancing My weight is now 81.1 kg or 178.42lbs. i didnt get obsessed with weighing myself this week (i used to weigh myself everyday) and im glad that even if im doing a little bit of weight lifting i managed to lose a little bit. Next week I'll try to run more and combine weight lifting with cardio so my body wont get use of the exercises i do.

Doing well! Although I am quite sore today from all the walking. We'll se how many I get done today. May need to be a lite day so I can recover. Yesterday I did 7 miles. My hip was bugging me too much to do one more on the treadmill. As far as the time, it varies. Yestaerday I think it took 1 hour to walk around my community 2 times. That was 3.5 miles. I then did it once after lunch, about a half hour, and once after dinner, another half hour. So I guess it's about 2 hours, just all broken up. Since I break it up that way it almost doesn't feel like I'm doing much, but I'm down again today! Whoohoo! That's also why I don't want to stop walking today, but my legs hurt! Sad

my god im so happy. I visited my friends on the weekend and was so happy with their feedback and comment (they havent seen me since we did the 6 foot track --3 days walk in the mountains it was like 45 km on early March 2007) they were so happy that i lost so much weight actually i didnt told them that i was trying to lose weight and the moment they saw me they gave me so much positive compliments and what have i been doing to achieve all this.. anyway my life has changed now even though i have only lost 22.4lbs i can feel the difference .. im just excited and cant wait what will i look like when i lose those extra 65lbs.

My goal for next month is to be booted out from the OBESE BMI CATEGORY. My goal is to be 73kg next month to have my bmi less than 30... i know i can do it.. i'll just have to keep doing what im doing and add extra if i have to..

Thanks for the support and encouragement guys you are the best. I know everyone can do it but we need to support and encourage each others to keep our motivation alive.

God bless everyone..

You're doing very well, ironeagle.
Well done!

It's very motivating when people notice isn't it?

I'm doing okay but still not having huge success on 10mg. Might ask to be bumped up to 15g at my next visit to the GP.
