Hi everyone its nearly the end of the month and target is met. My goal on saturday was to be 79kg and im now 78 kg (171.6lbs) i went to the doctor today and was very pleased with the result in just 8 weeks

Im hoping to lose more its my brothers bday this weekend and i want my whole family to be surprise (you see my brother is my biggest critic and he always makes fun of me whenever theres any family function so this time around i want to shut him up heheheh Laughing )

anyway my blood pressure is 105/88 i dont know what that means but the doctor assured me that its normal and keep doing what im doing and he'll see me again in 4 weeks time

hows everyone going? i hope ya'll doing great

Laughing Hey everyone ... as expected i have surprised my brother and sister in law (as well as the rest of my family this weekend) they last saw me a couple of months ago and I was with them overseas when I was 95kg (209lbs) I was bombarded with sick fat jokes by my brother and relatives.
They were all happy to see me and of course being my cheeky little brother he cant help himself but to annoy me again by telling everyone that i must have a LIPOSUCTION or a gastric bypass surgery.. my sister in law said that my brother was later asking her if she can lose weight the way i did.. anyway i m so happy coz i successfully achieve what i want.. I have another goal for September 15 (were having another get together since its my sisters bday on sept)

my goal is to be 70kg on September 15.

Aug 4- 76kg
Aug 11 - 75kg
Aug 18 - 74 kg
Aug 25 - 73kg
Sep 1 - 72kg
Sep 8 - 71kg
Sep 15 -70kg

I know its achievable all i have to do is keep doing what im doing and stay FOCUS..

hey friends

sorry if ive i havent been updating my diary . I have been busy this past few weeks and didnt get to write down my progress I am now 75kg (165lbs) meeting my target.

I will write more after my project this month Im kinda busy.

Anyway i hope and pray that I will get to my goal next month for my sisters bday party (we have moved the day on the 7th instead because theres APEC here in sydney and its public holiday)

anyway thanks for reading and for all the support you all have given me.. thanks for the motivation ... God bless everyone

Heya im back.. im done with all the stuff i was doing and yes i did lose weight im 74kg as of last week (i'll wait til my friend return my weighing scale)

so hurray and im so happy i have 17 weeks to train for my thailand trip
i just hope i can keep up the 6 hour exercise a day (of course its split into 2 sets of 3 hours -- one in the mornign and one at night)

by next week i'll be training harder .. its my hardcore training month til Dec 21.. pls help me achieve my goal. i want to be healthy and buff..


New goal

Sep 29 = 70kg
Oct 27 = 66 kg
Nov 24 = 62kg
Dec 29 = 58 kg
Jan 26 = 54kg
Feb 23 = 50 kg

im truly amazed today. I was trying on some clothes (old clothes i used to have that i couldnt fit in) i finally had the guts to take the pants i wanted to wear for years now and guess what? I was able to squeeze in.. I was so excited and decided to wear it to work tomorrow. I cant believe that I have achieved to wear that tight pants tonight I never thought i'll ever be able to.

I was 95kg (209lbs) on xmas and went down to 73kg as of today (160.6lbs)
i started dieting on June 1 when i was 91kg and just shed all that pounds in a matter of 3 months. This is the most successful weight loss program I've ever done and you know how... its motivation and by getting support from people who has the same problem as me.


I have 16 weeks to go before i fly to thailand.
Keep me motivated pls help me lose another 23kg (50lbs)
i have to be 56-50kg because im only 5'1.

wohoooooooooo im all over the moon right now i received so much compliment here at work asking me how much weight i have lost and was asking me about my diet secret. I am very positive and Im very happy to see people supporting me now unlike when i was first started that people are worried that Im losing too much weight. Oh and by the way I stop taking reductil as of Sept 1

thanks everyone again. Im sure you guys are doing great too.. if you have any worries and need some support i'll be here for you guys too the way you guys are to me..

Did you volunteer to go off them, or did the doc stop them?

As of today 17 September im now 71.8kg (157.96lbs)wohoooooooooooooooo my bmi no longer sits in the 30s its now 28.9 im no longer in the obese category instead im in the overweight category.. Target is nearly achieved by half. My goal bmi is 20.1 thats 50kg or 110lbs

Im so happy and been loving posing for the camera unlike before when i was an obese..

what kind of exercises are you doing?

hi there. the exercises ive been doing are boxing and running .. I pretty much do lots of cardio in a week plus i watch what and how much i eat.

i stop taking reductil and i havent eaten as much as i used to i guess my stomach shrank from eating les for the past 3 months

good luck and i still have few more kilos to gooooooooooo.

so far so good ive been off reductil for 20 days i havent pigged out since

my weight has stayed the same 70kg after a couple of weeks of exercising hard.

My brother in law keeps encouraging me telling me that im building muscles and muscles are heavier than fats.
Im not that excited weighing myself

i still eat vegies, fruits and a occassional serving of fish and beef
i also have rye wraps (mountain rye wraps) and its nice i wrap a banana this morning for breakfast and for lunch i'll have vegetable wraps.

Im so sorry if i sound so demotivated right now because I am after losing a lot of weight in the past few weeks i feel so sad that i didnt meet my target this time. Everyone said that my body plateau. blah blah blah and i just cannot accept it

anyway i hope i can still lose more weight before my trip to thailand
i only have 11 more weeks to go to lose that bloody 20kg with me even just 10kg more im sure exercising 6 hours a day 6 days a week can do miracles for me when im training non stop overseas. and plus the humidy will make me sweat like a pig.

anyway thanks for the support, motivation and all the help .. Im so sorry if i sounded so negative right now its just im so upset i dont see any result last weigh in ..
