My weight hasnt changed even though im exercising heaps now well i think im gaining muscles so its all good losing so much make a lot of difference for me and so many people at work compliments me that i look younger and my skin is more radiant etc etc which boost my ego this past few 6 months im so happy that my bmi went down and Im happy that i have 16 more days to go before i go to thailand.
Im sure i will lose the extra 15kg with me doing the 6 hour training each day 6 days a week for one month. I will have to make my own food and will have to be strict. Im looking forward to do sightseeing on sundays while in phuket. No drinking or eating thai food hahahah--- i didnt go over there to go on a holiday .. i call this trip as my fitness holiday.
I cant wait til the new year.. It will be a new me.. with a new habit..
thanks everyone for the support and care

heya ... i bought a couple of suppliments to take with me to thailand today.. im leaving in 10 days so im pretty pumped and excited..
The moment of truth is here and i hope i can document all of it when im doing my training but my body might not be able to cope with training and keeping in touch + keeping a journal as well. I will try my best and if i dont post anything by then let me greet you a merry xmas and a happy new year and thank you so much for the motivation and support you have given me over the past few months here.
