i have struggled for soo many years. i was always picked on for being fat and ugly. i remember my high school days- i wanted to die everyday.
i have tried several different diets. some that have worked wonders for my friends. but for me, i seemed to only gain more weight.
when i went for my yearly check up, my doc told me my cholesterol was sky rocketing. he recommended i read Dr Agatstons book on the Heart Program. it has really changed my life.
i have lost 52 lbs in 3 months, and its really easy for me to stick to it.
i think that everyone needs to find the diet that works for them.

if anyone is doing it to get more heart healthy, i really encourage you to read his book.

Hi friend,
I also faced so many problems to reduce my body wieght atlast i got the solution.I am using chefs diet and it is giving satisfaction also.They are offeringfreshly prepared meals, snacks based upon 40-30-30 proportions to promote your increased energy levels, weight loss and maintains blood sugar levels.If possible try this one may help u alot................

But we need to keep a constant vigil over our diet as sometimes our diet may change according to our work timings

Yeah you are right before go on dieting we must consult our family Doctor to get our goal.One diet program can not be suitable for every one.Any way I use a glass of hit water daily to loose my weight and it worked a lot for me.

Wow, it took me about 10 to 12 glasses of water a day!

Yes, if we drink 2 to 3 liters of water per day it would be better for our health and it indirectly improves our diet and keeps weight in control.
