I did call the number listed above and listed on the web site. I received a voice mail stating this number is for the All Natural Health and Beauty Store. You can leave a message, so I did. I also tracked my credit card transaction down and it is also listed to the All Natural Health and Beauty Store with the same phone number listed.

The BBB claim for returned goods, it states on their web site that they don't offer refunds because of the discounted cost.

I just hope this is all ok because I am thrilled with the product and hope to be able to purchase more!
