My Journal on Cylaris, Hoodia sure rapid-gels, & Slimfast

I have posted a few times before. I am 27 years old and want to lose 60 lbs. I weighted myself last night and I was 168lbs. I don't know if I really lost or just a different scale. I will be using the same scale for every weight-in. I started Cylaris, Hoodia sure rapid release, & Slimfast Wednesday 6/13/07. I use Slimfast twice a day then dinner. I also am drinking 80oz of water or more a day. I don't know if you are suppose it mix them. But I wanted to be honest in case anyone would follow my journal. I really needed to get started sooner because my husband, our son, and I are going to my husband's hometown the second week of July. I wanted to be at least 20 lbs smaller but I don't think I'll make that. So I keep thinking next fall/winter I'll be smaller. So when I have to layer up my clothes I won't look like an elephant. I have always hated winter coats because I am so big. I have actually gone without a coat because of that. I have lost 30 lbs before. I have had a REALLY hard year plus I gave birth 2.5 years ago. I do plan to workout. I rode 20 minutes, 4.55 miles on my exercise bike last night. It was harder than I thought it was going to be but I got thru it. So here goes day two.

Did it work? I'm 43 years old and yep 185 lbs. Its terrible, I went on vacation last week and on one of the roller-coasters, I was told I needed to sit in this chair and put the belt on. Problem was, the belt wouldn't go around me. This was sad. I cried, my boys 13 1/2 and 14 10mts were sad too. So tell me if this worked.

did it work? how much do you weigh now?

I got these pills from the dollar store.  I thought it was fishy they put a picture of a doctor on the side of the package, especially since they called her a "DO".  So I did a search for this person's name, and she's actually a professional body builder, not a doctor. LOL! That's helarious.  Same face and everything.  Not sure this crap actually works, but it's worth a shot for a dollar right.
