I bought some at walmart. I will try them. I eat a low fat diet now, so hope I won't get any side effects. I keep you guys posted.. i'm glad i'm on a leave of absence from work, just incase!!  |

hello,
Yes along with phen. I don't take them if I eat a no fat or low fat meal. only if my fat grams are more then 5 and less then 15. no side effects yet.. |

Thanks for posting so quickly. I'm catching up from days worth of posts, so I didn't realize you posted about taking Alli with Phen in a different topic until after I posted mine. Hope Alli works well for you. I'm thinking about trying it, but those i'm worried about those side effects because I do enjoy some fatty foods. I could just wear a depends all day  |

I'm having fantastic results using Alli,$67.00/150 count at Costco.
It's the prescription drug Orlistat at 1/2 dose 60mg
