This stuff kills my appetite!

Since there seems to be so much interest in Hoodia and specifically what hoodia product I have found to be effective I thought I would just post this here.

I have tried alot of different hoodia products and have read alot of information. Sadly most hoodia sources are a rip-off. (I have found out first hand) Even if the label says 100% authentic Hoodia Gordonii.

Don't waste your money on a hoodia product unless you get a personal reccommendation from someone who has used it.

If you get a truely authentic hoodia product it does work.

Hoodia is a natural appetite suppressant.....it is not a stimulant OR a fat burner. It will just help control your appetite so you have more control over your food choices.

The product I have found to work and I highly reccommend is Hoodoba, the website I get it from is ur-fitness.info

The dosage instructions say to take 1-3 capsules 30-60 minutes before meals 3 times a day, but I have found I only need one at each dose to get great results.
(I've found that it works best in your system if you drink plenty of water when you take it. I usually down about 8 oz of water right when I take it)

Hoodia also seems to have some mood elevating effects, I love this stuff.

Anyway.....if interested try it out and let us know how it goes.

Sorry, I didn't know where to post my experience with this product. I thought sharing product experience was allowed. I saw threads here for just about every popular product on the market right now except hoodia.

I guess I don't understand what I did that was any different than all the other product evaluations I've seen.

I use the product everyday so it's not like I'm posting a commercial.....I was just sharing my personal experience with it.

Hoodia does work for many - African tribesman have been using it for centuries to keep hunger at bay whilst away on long hunting trips.

The concern is that "hoodia" is not responsible for weight loss but a certian agent that is extracted from it. Many hoodia branded products contain no trace of any substance that supresses the appetite.

The agent takes many years to extract. Phramaceutical and commercial enterprise do not seem to want to wait and so dilute the market with counterfeit product

Some hoodia branded products are original and genuine.

The sad part is that there is not an infinite amount of the hoodia cactus - we are harvesting it quicker than it can grow. One day soon it will be gone.
