alli and its results |

| Listen up sista's if you eat fat you will crap without warning. One minute you are sitting there having a conversation with a co-worker and the next minute you are going home with a "stomach bug" BS. You going home because you smell like motor oil and have yellowish-orange skid marks in your drawers. But if you take it right you do lose weight. BUT you best not be eating Mexican or you will dukey in your pants before you get home! |

I did experience all the symptoms they said I would, but I will take them over not being able to lose weight. I have a thyroid problem(i would work out, eat right and gain weight) so losing weight is hard. Alli Helps SO SO MUCH!! If you do have a thyroid problem I recommend that you take your meds when you wake up and wait 3 to 4 hours before you take an Alli pill.

I tried Alli and it was terrible. The worst part was being at work and when I moved to get something, I could feel a wetness in my pants. It's not like I felt myself leaking while sitting at my desk, but when I moved, sure enough, I could feel that I had had anal leakage.
It was disgusting, and I ended up going home. I never took it again after that.
There are better alternatives. One is to eat correctly. The problem with eating correctly is that you usually take in less calories than you do when eating junk food, so you feel HUNGRY when eating cleanly (not all the time, but I did.)
So I ended up taking an appetite suppressent (Hoodia) and that has solved the problem. Just beware though because the market is full of fake hoodia and I didn't find something that worked until my 3rd try (3rd product.)

I've been on Alli for almost 2 weeks. I had a baby 8 months ago and gained 50 pounds. I'm not really sure if it helped to be honest. I luckily haven't had any side effects but I have tried to be careful about my fat intake. I feel constipated though lately due to it. I really don't know if I can say that Alli did anything for me.
I'm going to London in a few weeks to visit my cousin who's an opera singer. She's a size 4 and I really didn't want to feel as frumpy as I have been feeling. I know I just had a baby not long ago, but still ... it's been 8 months.
I've kept my meals under 15 grams of fat and I've been exercising most days. I've tried to walk around 45 minutes to a hour a day. With a baby and my other 2 kids at home during the summer sometimes I really don't have time for myself to exercise and all.
One of the things though I noticed that I do with Alli which I really need to stop is I haven't been focusing on the calories as much since I knew I had to keep it under 15 grams of fat. I realized that sometimes I'd have almost twice the number of calories than I normally would have due to not thinking it was that bad since it wasn't high in fat. That's something that I keep having to remind myself to watch.
I'm going to continue to use Alli until I use up all of my pills. I'll try to be more focused on both the fat and the calories. My pills should be gone in about 2 weeks so if I can watch both better and continue to exercise, I'll update in a couple weeks to tell if there's been any difference. |

review on Alli |
|
|
| I have been on the alli program since Jan 21st and have lost 24 lbs since then...however I have veered off the plan a little bit as far as watching hpw much fat is in my food. But I am happy with the progress so as far as I am concerned it is fefinitely worth it! This is the first program that I have been a part of that didnt preach about how you HAD to exercise for it to work! With my schedule it is impossible to work out 3-4 times a week...I support the program |

| I have been reading many reviews, and even though there are plenty of bad ones i still think the good reviews out way the bad. I have ordered alli online and will be starting it next week. I have recently started the curves workout (30min circuit) and ive been going at least 5 days a week and have lost only 4 lbs in 2 weeks. Im really excited about trying the alli and will post my progress as well. |

| You are suppose to take it before each meal containing fat so if you dont eat breakfast, dont take it. If you eat lunch take one, if not dont. I have been taking it twice a day and have been on it only about 9 days. I have lost 6 pounds. Clothes are already fitting a bit better. I have a LONG way to go and Alli is designed for obese people, not those only wanting to lose a couple of pounds. I am hopeful it will help me get past my normal. I have had a weight problem as long as I have been alive except for a brief period in high school. When I am successful and do what I should I lose very well but I get bored at 30 pounds and after that I give up and stop eating right and exercising. I just need to hit the 40 and I know I will keep going. |

Thanks in advance for any response |
I am eating cream of wheat in the morning, fruit as a snack, fish and vegetables for lunch, another snack, maybe wheat thins, then something like grilled chicken and steamed broccoli at about 7, i don't eat after then...its working great for me, and no "treatment effects" |

Snacks... |

| Andrew wrote: | | Just started witht he pills today, went grocery shopping tryign to load up on fresh healthy produce. My goal is to loose around 30lbs over he nex 3 months. Does anyone have any good snack tips? I would also like to hear other peoples progress along with if they are incorporating exercise with the program. |
Having been busy watching my weight all of my adult life, I can say that if your first thought is what snacks you can/can't eat or whether you should exercise or not... then you are not yet ready for any weight loss program. |

Pretty unreasonable statement. People are looking for healthy alternatives and in a world of high fat snack foods overwhelming the market I doubt shooting someone in the foot for asking a question like that would be helpful.
Snacks can be fruitor I use goldfish crackers but the key is to buy the box and separate them right when you get home in snack bags. Invest in a small scale, it will help. Read the label at the store and if there is more than 5 grams of fat in a serving put that snack back down on the shelf.
I am sure you will do great. Different things work for different people and snacking is an important part of keeping your metabolism going if you do it the right way. |
