just started trimspa and ive got questions!!!

i just bought trimspa yesterday and am ready to lose some weight. i exercise twice to three times a day with a 10 minute workout video, 10 minutes with my exercise yoga ball, and 20 minutes on my treadmill, uphill, at a fast pace plus i have a 1 year old runnin around.
i eat a lotta veggies and cereals with fiber and some meats and pastas sometimes.

ive read a lot about trimspa, but im wondering how fast its worked for you? with my exercise habits and food intake is what i question the most. is that enough to lose the weight i want?

im a stay at home mom so i have all day to do whatever, really. but i do have a child with me at all times so sometimes its hard to get out and work out or whatever your ideas might be.

any advice? and encouragement? thanks you guys!!
