Please look at this, it is my workout routine. All I have is a small non-bar bench and a set of 10s and 25s dumbbells (I don't have a lot of room). There are two worksheets, the second one is my warm-up and cool-down routines. The pictures were stolen from a website if you want to know, it is no one I know personally. Too bad really.

Download the spreadsheet at link above ... wait till timer runs out, enter code and download.
Do not reply just to tell me it is too lax. I am just starting and last time I did this I nearly tore my bicep doing too much too fast and couldn't use it for nearly a month. I will pick up the pace and increase reps soon.
If you have any suggestions, adds, removes ... whatever ... I am all ears. |

| Its basically a stretching training routine. What do you want to achieve with this training, it may be to lax if you want some serious weight loss. |
