I know that before i start to actually train my muscles to be stronger, i need to target my weight loss first. ive got fat in my tricep area, in my inner thigh area, and in my belly(after having a baby a few months ago i got that).

i have a treadmill, i have a large exercise ball, and i have some exercise channels on my comcast demand. i dont have weights, but if you think those are something i need, then i can surely get some.

I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO to help what!!

can anyone let me know some specific exercises and how long i should do them to see some weight-loss?

thanks for all the help!!

p.s. -- im a stay at home mom, so ive got just about all day to work out if i wanted to!!
