Weight Loss :)
I just joined this forum and have been seeing a dietician and just following a simple diet. I also drink two protein drinks a day. I started eating right and exercising on 6-4-07 and am down 11 pounds ...I only exercise for 20 minutes a day and plan on stepping this up. Also, am maybe interested in taking some sort of diet pill to help with the weight loss and maybe speed it up since I am anywhere between 3 to 5 pounds a week. I still have 70 pounds to lose but am excited and my family including my husband is very supportive. Does anyone have any Great Stories about diet pills......

Im a newbie you say you are seeing a dietician to lose weight my doctor has asked me if i want to be refered to see a dietician so im thinking about it .
What kind of diet has your dietician given you what does she talk to you about does she weigh you how often do you go to see her . Im on reductil to help my weightloss my doctor prescribed them to me they are to stop you from feeling hungry why dont you ask your G P about them and then he usually referes all the patients who is on reductil to a dietician
