Im looking for some help |

Hi there,
My Name is Christian Jovetic, weight has been a prevelent issue in my life since childhood, i could blame my parents for both being bolemics and imprinting the obsession with weight on me from a young age. But i feel this is something i could control given the right timing and help.
I was always very active as youngster, i used to athletics, rugby, football and tennis all in the same week, all at a very high standard. But when i left school at 16 i was 11 stone, by 17 i was 17 stone. Its been going up and down ever since.
I may be trying to lose for the wrong reasons, as health should be my main priority, but in fact all i want is to be abel to wear nice cloths and actually eb able to sit down in a public place without the obligetry checking the angle i will be facing people from, the height of the chair to the table so i can hide my stomach, the distance the table is away from the chair to flatten my love handles, and having to go home early each night due to the fact i cannot hold my stomch in anymore.
Almost every moment of my day is filled my weight, from when i wake up, to worrying about what i look like to my partner whilst brushing my teeth, i slide out of bed checking to see if shes looking, my drive to work is very unconfortable as i am in traffic a lot, and feel paranoid about people seeing me, then i have 8 hours of feeling really bad in work. It goes on like this 24/7.
When i met my GF i was steadily losing weight, i had gotten to a nice weight for me around 17.5 stone. I am now 22 stone 2 years on. I have trouble walking up stairs, i get out of breath easily, its getter harder on a daily basis, and im only 25.
Please can someone offer me some advice, exericise is the best thing i know, but i simply cant do it, with having bad knees and asthma it makes exercise very very hard. |

| One thing I would recomend for you is counciling, you seem like you have alot of unresolved issues that may be making weight loss very difficult for you. The other recommendation is the same as always diet and exercise. Try getting in a little walking and work your way up. If you need help deciding what you can do ask your doctor or talk to a personal trainer, they can help you design a program around your fitness level. As for diet try eating unprocessed foods as much as possible, cut out simple carbs, drink lots of water and watch your portion sizes. |
