How often to run
I have been running everyday for the past 3 months. Every other day I run about 4-5 miles and the alternating days I run 3. What is too much and should I be taking time off? I feel great. But, I also feel that taking time off will transform into taking more time off then more time off, etc. In other words; I will loose my "mo" (short for momentum).
Any words of experience/wisdom out there?
Some people say you should take a rest day, as far as I'm concerned our bodies were designed to be worked everyday. Your body will tell you when you have done to much if you just listen to it.
