18in4 diet |
|

| I just started the 18in4 diet today. I will let you all know how it goes. I am somewhat skeptical, but it only lasts 4 days. Even if I lose 1/2 of what it claims I will be happy. I know that after losing any amount that fast I will need to be extremely careful for a while to keep it off. |

Will start diet later |

I'm going on a camping/hiking trip this weekend. The diet says in bold, "No Exercising during the 4 day diet phast but exercise before or after is OK. I know you are wondering WHY? Theoretically the exercise should induce more weight loss but in this case id does not. Statistically my customers have had better results when they DO NOT exercise".....
With the comments of light-headiness, I guess exercising may be dangerous or cause more dizziness. Regardless, I'm going to wait until I get back from trip to start it. |

I would assume that we are not able to use salt because it makes you retain water, and the first few pounds of weight we lose will be that water weight we usually retain.
By the way, my first lunch was pretty hard to get down. I am not much of a green bean and squash fan, especially without any flavoring. Yuck!! |

I would really like to take a look at this diet if you have it.
I found it online and would almost buy it, but just can't believe you could lose so much weight so quickly. I can't seem to find any definitive reviews on whether or not it works or is total BS!!!
Seems some people here have lost quite a bit (7-8lbs in 4 days is A LOT), but certainly not the 18. I really like exercise too, so not all that keen to give it up.
Can someone give me some detail?
Thanks... sophie
p.s. have about 8kgs or 17lbs to lose altogether. |

I just wanted to say I purchased this diet tonight online. I will be starting it tomorrow morning. It may be too good to be true, but I don't know. I have heard a few people have luck with this diet. I will keep y'all posted on how it goes and let you know if it's worth trying. I hope it works!

day 3 |
|
|
I am on day three of the James Zeta diet & so far have lost 6 pounds & 1/2 an inch off of my waist. I will say that although I like all the foods in the diet, the pureed tomatoes are hard to get down. I've tried this diet before, but never made it thru all 4 days because I was sooooo hungry by the 4th day, so I gained the weight that I had lost back instantly. The hardest part is watching my toddler & husband eat other foods while I'm stuck on this restricted diet. I won't lie, it's been hard to stick to ( miss the seasonings) & I'm always hungry...counting the days until it's over & then planning to control my portions when I go off the diet.
I don't think it's fair to the rest of us that have paid for the plan to give out the entire diet for free. Some of the posts (including mine) have mentioned a few of the food items, so you can get an idea of what it's like...but I don't think it's right to just post the diet for free. Mr. Zeta IS trying to make some money & I have respect for the fact that he obviously went to a lot of trouble to come up w/ this diet. |

I can't find it |

Hello, is there anyone who can help? I just purchased this plan a few minutes ago, and I don't know where to download the plan. Every website I click on takes me to the original website where I purchased it.
Until I read these testimonials, I was beginning to think this program is a gimmick.
Can someone please help me find the plan so I can download it. After all, I did pay for it. Thanks |

hey guys,
i found this online in a calorie thing i was looking at, and i thought u guys should know.....it seems it explains why when someone loses weight with this they seem to regain in right away....so here goes:
Salt does not cause your body to gain or lose fat. In fact, salt has no calories. High consumption of salt only results in temporary weight gain as it causes your body to retain water. Conversely, low consumption of salt can result in temporary weight loss as it causes your body to expel water.
It is interesting to note that many crash diets which boast quick weight loss rely on foods with little or no salt content. The weight loss is mostly water, and as soon as you eat foods containing salt again you regain the weight. |

I don't think anybody is going to send the diet to you for free. You keep posting for it.
First, they could be sued and second it truly isn't fair to lose of us who paid for it. Especially if it turns out we were Suckers!! |

so is the 18in4 all basically vegies for 4 days? Is there any lean meat, egg whites or any other source of lean protein allowed? I'm not asking for anyone to give me the plan, but I really cannot stomache squash and there are few vegies I find palatable. I like asparagus, brocalli, tomatoes and I eat a LOT of salad. Just curious about the other vegies required on the plan. What about fruits?
Thanks, and good luck to all tackling this, we all know this battle is a VERY frustrating one. |
