Ok no one wants to get sued by posting it. But has anyone actually been sent a copy via email?

Ok, this s*%# is funny to read. Laughing "All buternut squash and green beans for breakfast" It does feel like that though. I am on day 3 and i quiver each time i eat that meal. I have been so starvingly hungry until tonight , the steak finally filled me up and made it do-able to finish the last day. So far ive lost 6 pounds, but surely it is just water. That salt research does make sense. I just plan to start a fruit diet after this and move toward a healthier lifestyle, so hopefully i don't gain what i lose back. Obviously there would be no point to do this diet if one ate cake and pizza right after. I think it is just a kind of motivational start diet!

Hi guys I'm new here!!!

I am going to try this diet next week. I am hoping it will kick start my diet for me. I have a lot of weight to lose, over a 100 pounds. I will let you guys know how I get on.

Also by the same token when searching for 18in4, I came across another similar diet called 20in10days. The website looks almost exactly the same as 18in4. Maybe they're brothers!!

I just started the 18in4 diet today. I will let you all know how it goes. I am somewhat skeptical, but it only lasts 4 days. Even if I lose 1/2 of what it claims I will be happy. I know that after losing any amount that fast I will need to be extremely careful for a while to keep it off.

Hi Jenni, did the 18in4 diet work for you?

I started this diet yesterday and wow... it's actually working. I dropped 4 pounds. I know it's all water, but I don't care! My jeans feel great and not tight. I can't wait to get on the scale tomorrow. The food isn't too bad. I don't really care for tomatoes though.

By the way, please don't ask me for the diet for FREE. That's so not fair to the author or the people like me who paid. Seriously... buy it and then help contribute to this forum instead of being a mooch.

I'll send more results tomorrow. Good luck everyone doing this diet.

Over the past month I've lost 14 pounds on Atkins and exercise. I had hoped for more loss because my husband is becoming an officer in the military and I want to look my best at his graduation. Even though I did ok on Atkins I grew tired of it for a number of different reasons.

I have 15 more pounds to lose and not much time. I came across this forum and read all of the posts and finally decided to bite the bullet and order the 18 and 4 plan. It is very simple and I only spent about 12 dollars at the grocery store because I had most of the stuff in my kitchen.

I just started today and so far I feel great. I'm not hungry or anything. This is really refreshing because after all, I have been eating meat eggs and cheese for weeks!

I'm not expecting a miracle but I just need something to get me motivated again.....so here goes!!!

Today is only the first day. I currently weigh 150lbs. We'll see what tomorrow brings. I'll post back.

Hi. I purchased the 18in4 diet plan this morning. I went to the paypal website and payed. The diet plan was supposed to be able to be downloaded in 2 minutes. I have not received the plan and it has been two hours. I sent paypal an e-mail message complaining about the download option and wanting a refund of my money. I e-mailed James Zeta and have only gotten e-mails back saying the mailbox is full. I think some people have received the diet. But now I am starting to believe it is a rip off recently. Anyone have any suggestions on what to do?
