I just came off of the 4 day diet. I found it easy to follow. I was shocked to learn how much I liked my chicken baked. So much juicier. And I used some of my tomato juice over it to make it take even better. Squash was never my thing, but I just sliced it, microwaved it for 3 minutes, put Ms. Dash seasoning on it. I liked it just fine. I discovered fresh green beans without butter are really delicious. At the end of 4 days I had lost 10 pounds. Not the 18 he said, but I was also on Prednisone which causes you to gain weight. I got into poison ivy. I will try the diet again next week to see if there is a better weight loss when I am not on meds.
I was not hungry as long as I did not wait too late to eat dinner. I did the diet exactly as he said and could tell my clothes got looser the 2nd day.
10 pounds in 4 days with no exercise! I will take that. Except that I started my exercise program again this morning. Nice 4 day break.
In all, I think this diet taught me I can like food without all the extra calories. Very Happy [/b]

Okay, like many of you taking the time to read this you think, could it be that easy? Well for the first time and only cost me $27 it does work. The foods that you have to consume are most definately eatible as long as you like to eat good foods. I tried it for two sessions back to back and have dropped 11 lbs. I did not purchase the maintenance plan, like so many of us enough is enough giving good money after bad, so on the 3 days I am not on the diet, I try my best to change the eating (bad) habits that I have built up over the past 40+ years of life.
Not sure if the guy collecting money is a skam artist but it was worth the paper and ink the printer used. i paid for it and sent it along to others at my expense. If money is that tight send along your email and I will forward to you.
Best of luck

I purchased this diet, knowing that it was too good to be true. But, it states that and says it is the real deal. It is not. I lost 4 pounds, which I could have done doing slimfast for a lot cheaper. When I asked for a refund (he offers a money back guarentee), I never got a response. This is a huge scam. Please do not waste your money like I did!

I did not want to spend the $30 to find out what it was about, unless I know it will work. Does anyone know what the plan actually is, and whether or not it works? If so, would you be willing to share the plan with us in this forum?

Due to copywrites we ask no one posts this plan or asks for anymore free copies. You are free to discuss likes and dislikes of the plan as always, but please no specifics. Thank you, Luckysmyle

day 3 in, messed up yesterday as work took out out for lunch in which i ate a plan chicken salad and soda water.

I feel a lot slimmer already, people have started to comment. I really do think it depends on how large you are when you start this diet.

I have lost 2 notches on my belt around my hips and feeling so energised.

Im an still not overly keep on Butternut squash, as it is really bland but sod it... if its going to work it will. ok... I have been to the toilet for a wee a lot but this is as you are drinking so much water.

I cant believe what cutting out on Statch and Dairy can do... Im amazed so far... and will keep this diet up - Hope everyone else has good feedback like i have.

Thanks x

Hi Reshelled56,

I would be very greatful if you could forward me the diet. Currently in a downward spiral with stress and the wgt is piling on. Need something desperately to reset my mind and think about being healthy again. This may not work but it may just help with the mental side of things. Would greatly appreciate it as money is tight and wasting it will only add to stress!!! Crying or Very sad

Have also tried the ebay route for the cheaper version but can't find it!

Smallville, if we hopefully get the plan, we should compare notes and check out the outcome and shed some more light on this diet!!

Hello, my name is Curtis and I purchased the program last night. Can anyone tell me when you actually get the diet, because I have already paid and I've got nothing in return.

I am just starting my day 1 of this diet. It looks pretty hard actually but I have read all the comments on this site and think it is worth a go.

Breakfast was fine, lunch was tough (squash, green beans and 2 boiled eggs all washed down with tomato juice) but bearable.

I have weighed myself this morning and will report daily on the loss. I intend to follow it to the letter as I want to prove to myself whether it is a scam or not. I will be happy with a 4-5lb loss (I have 20lbs in total to lose).

Will check in tomorrow!
