Can someone post the actual diet? or do you not want to share? I am also broke due to all these diets I have tried. MY last one being Weight Watchers. I would love to see how realistic this diet is.

I did this diet a year ago. i lost about 7 lbs in h2o weight the first 4. all of my family and friends told me that it was not possible t loose 18 in 4. i did the diet for 4 more days and lost a total of 8.5 It was a letdown because i was starving like a m' fer!! I told james hat if it didnt work then i would request a refund. He emailed and said no problem. When it was time for the refund, he ignored my emails. How typical, so i disputed the charge from my credit card and won with no problem. I complained to paypal but they don't really want anything to do with it. I have 2 words... Weight watchers.

Very Happy Sad I lost 3lbs the 1st day, 3lbs the 2nd day, 1.5lbs the 3rd day and .6 the 4th day for a total of 8lbs. I was hoping for 12. I am doing it again today for my second cycle. I will post and let you know what I will see tomorrow morning. I have a tendency to get motivated when i am going on vacation so i am doing good so far with coffee holding my hunger and sometimes cheating with 2 little shots of half/half. Lots of water about 5-6 bottles of 16.9 oz.

Good luck!

Okay, like many of you taking the time to read this you think, could it be that easy? Well for the first time and only cost me $27 it does work. The foods that you have to consume are most definately eatible as long as you like to eat good foods. I tried it for two sessions back to back and have dropped 11 lbs. I did not purchase the maintenance plan, like so many of us enough is enough giving good money after bad, so on the 3 days I am not on the diet, I try my best to change the eating (bad) habits that I have built up over the past 40+ years of life.
Not sure if the guy collecting money is a skam artist but it was worth the paper and ink the printer used. i paid for it and sent it along to others at my expense. If money is that tight send along your email and I will forward to you.
Best of luck

Hi Reshelled56 - I would like to take you up on your offer. Can you or someone please email me the diet? My email address is: leattiliis@msn.com

Thanks,

I just did this diet, and i lost 10 pounds in the four days. Personally, i didn't feel as though i was starving myself, actually after eating the lunches and dinners i would feel quite satisfied. i think you have to be creative with how you prepare the food within the limits of the program in order to keep yourself from getting bored over the four days. personally i would grill just about everything, when the diet called for zucchini would sprinkle with black pepper and grill it to avoid bland tasteless food. all in all, i think the program is a good motivation technique. you see weight dropping off of you in four days that would normally take weeks to achieve using simple diet and exercise, which encourages you to keep going and actually have some belief that you will reach your goals. however, sticking with this diet for more than two cycles (total of 8 days) at a time is unreasonable. the food can be a little repetative and bland, you cannot season it unless you enjoy tons and tons of chili pepper or black pepper (too much spiciness kills me) so i think using it at the beginning of every month as a jump start is a fantastic idea. feel free to email me at jm66682@yahoo.com if you want a copy of the program, i'd rather not post it here. just put 18in4 in the subject line and i'll know what it's about and won't move the email to spam or something.

i have used it i lost seven pounds in three days you don't eat much but it does fill you up. things like celery tomatoe juice hamburger without bun or ketchup apples stuff like that the last day is the hardest to follow you have to drink some prune juice with your meals something i personally do not have a taste for. basically alot of unseasoned veggies some fruit and a little meat kinda hard to follow but it does help you lose weight fast if you follow best diet i have ever been on and i have been on alot of diets and taken a lot of pills.

hello all, ive just finished the 4 day diet....14.5 lost...of course a lot is fluid..but a lot isnt, it is structured to maintain homeostatic balance in production of acids and enzymes(digestion/metabalism rate) so one doesnt cancel out the other, and though it is low in calories its not on the level of VLCI...just take any supplements you want with this diet.
Its easy to follow and suits many body shape, sizes, and if followed kind of correctly it does work, i doubled up on the meat/poultry intake and still lost the weight.
We all need a bit of motivatin at times, and i found this provides the kickstart,"you will put it straight back on"no you wont if you moderate intake slightly to your normal diet, i got this die of my sis and she has not gained anything back two months on,and continues to drop wieght albeit at a slower rate just by down sizeing slighty on portions on normal food habits.
Have a go if your down,it will lift you emotionally...and your mental well being in the right place after four days is what is required for the rest of the journey to your target wieght......PRICELESS......goodluck and grill grill grill...... Very Happy [/i][/b]

Hi Celticgirl,

Not sure why you had this problem, I purchased the plan and downloaded it right away and it worked great! I have emailed James many times with questions and he always emails back. incase you are wondering, yes I did email him at jameszeta@18in4.com and it worked. try emailing him again, I am sure he can help you too.

By the way, I lost 16lbs my first time with the plan and have lost a total of 36 lbs so far doing the plan once a week. So far, i have been on the plan for 4 months. I am very pleased as its been so hard for me to lose weight, I have been fat all my life and finally I have a chance to be skinny. I feel great and very energetic. I have now starting to run, something that I was never able to do before because of my weight.

James, if you ever read this, I just wanted to say THANK YOU!!!
