I just ordered 18in4 but what do i do now??

. so the ebay seller is wiked ! Hi Cee.Cee, I have done this diet 4 times over the past 5 months and have maintained my weight loss. I started at 149 and lost 5-8lbs per diet period and am now 123. I believe the key to maintaining is very low sodium intake and a high fiber diet. For me, I don't use any salt or butter in cooking, just fresh herbs, orange, lemon and lime juice and I also find that cayenne and black pepper give me the flavor I need on my meats. When I'm off the 4 day diet, I brush a little olive oil onto my meats and then sprinkle with thyme and cayenne pepper and the olive oil helps the herbs to sink in, and olive oil is so good for you. I sometimes will cut my steak or chicken into large cubes and poke them with the herb branches, such a thyme or rosemary, and leave them in while grilling on a low heat and they just suck up the flavor. Lemon juice and black peppers is good on chicken, fish and shrimp. Just get creative (: There is a gastly amount of sodium in everyday snacks like cookies, pretzels and even "healthy snacks" some frozen veggies too! Read your labels! I have not bought the James Zeta maintain program but I just tried to stick with what I've learned. Eat whole foods, no preservatives, low sodium, limit your white flour and sugar intake. I also limit my alcohol intake to red wine only. And when you do go to that party where they offer a big slice of cake or you just want to splurge, it's OKAY, don't deny yourself! Just be sure to cleanse yourself by eating lots of negative calorie foods and/or drinking a high fiber juice like plum or prune juice. And by negative calorie foods I mean those foods that makes your body burn more calories digesting them than you gain by eating them...things like celery, squash, zucchini or green beans or a piece of fruit like an apple, pear, cantalope or mango. Bottom line is I try to live by aspects of this diet daily, such as loads of fruits and veggies and I drink lots of plum juice, water and coffee. I do still eat cake! but now I know how to cleanse and burn it off easily. On your off-diet days, take a walk...ride a bike, get out there and burn some calories doing something fun! For me, it's a new way of life. Good luck!

I purchased this diet and it worked for me. I lost 30 lbs over 5 times of trying it. As James says in the begening that those that cheat on this diet the karma comes back to them. Let the guy have the credit he deserves for coming up with such a brilliant effective diet plan. Why are people wanting to cheat and copy it.

I have just purchased the 18in4 diet, seems to be good from reading menu. I've read a lot of posts on it, sounds like a lot of it is from water loss, and also as high in veggies and cutting out carbs and salt, which should be very good for me as I have always had a problem with retaining water if I have even a little salt or alcohol(so hopefully this will work in my favour on this diet). I dont think you loose 18 pounds unless you are very overweight, but from what I have read it seems to be around about the 7 pounds mark, which if I lost that in 4 days and felt less bloated then the money will be well worth it and give me the needed incentive to continue. I will buy the items tomorrow and probably start this diet on Monday. Will let you know result.
Hello I am only 17 and weigh abt 160 I need ti get down to 140 asap, is this 18in 4 diet worth it? Will it really work like it says it will?
I started yesterday as day 1, so today when I woke up I lost 2.6pounds which is good, but not in line with the 18 pounds in 4 days, but I didnt expect that anyhow. I felt hungry yesterday but, this morning when I woke up I was not hungry, and I felt less bloated which is good, so we will see how today goes, and I'm getting alittle more used to the black coffee in the morning. As I nearly gagged on it yesterday. Will keep you posted.
In reply to ? person, it automatically should direct you to the download page for you to either open or save so if you did either of those maybe you should just check in your files to see if anything was saved there.
Have been reading all these comments! Just paid for the plan but have not received it nor have I been directed to a download link. Frustrated!!
Maybe it's this frustration that causes the weight loss !

I just spent an hour reading the posts for this diet and I must say i felt up and down!
In short - I find it hard to diet. I like my food but for some reason sticking to this one seems easier for me than a diet where I am allowed to eat what i want but in moderation - madness? I know!
I paid for my copy and in fairness I do think that if the guy is trying to make money off it, purchase it. Dont cheat him out of his money.
In relation to the water weight - if we are drinking the recommended amount of 8-12 glasses of water per day that would cancel out any water weight loss as we are continuously replenishing our bodies with the amount of water it needs to be stable. as we excrete it, we drink it back. balance?
So its only day one and to be honest I am dreading the next 3.5 days! I am not fond of anything on the list but hey - losing enuf weight to get me down to or close to my goal weight sounds good and I have a plan for maintenance until my bodyt gets settled at its new weight.

Bodyfat 49.8 pounds
