Has anyone tried James Zeta's 18in4 weight loss plan? |
|
|
I did not want to spend the $30 to find out what it was about, unless I know it will work. Does anyone know what the plan actually is, and whether or not it works? If so, would you be willing to share the plan with us in this forum?
Due to copywrites we ask no one posts this plan or asks for anymore free copies. You are free to discuss likes and dislikes of the plan as always, but please no specifics. Thank you, Luckysmyle |

I would really be interested in posts regarding this plan as well. I was just goofing off online and stumbled across this. I thought the price was reasonable enough if it works, but don't want to just throw the $30 away either. Those trying it, please keep us posted. Too good to be true? |

Keep up the good work, Gemma. I can't wait to hear about your progress. This plan just seems way too good to be even partly true, but if it does work, it's worth every cent. Do you find it tough at all to follow? I'm very interested in hearing what you think. I'll be watching for your posts! |

james zeta diet |

| Well, my friend has been on that diet for 2 days and she claims shes lost 7 lbs thus far, I've been on it but I only see inches coming off and not as astounding as he makes it seem. I'll see what happens by day 5 in the morning after the diet is over. |

| I'm currently on day 4 of this diet for the 3rd time! I bought it last year after over indulging on holidays. I lost half a stone each time! I'm going on holidays again next weekend and that is why I'm doing it. Not sure you could lose 18LB but it does work to an extent! It really makes me aware of how much I overeat when I'm not doing it!! |

18/4 diet |
|
|
| I just purchased it and will let you know my progress. I lost 12 pounds over the past 4 weeks with diet and a lot of exercise. The 18/4 program says to do NO Exercise and if you do you will not lose as much. This concerns me, but I will do what the plan says. It's only 4 days. |

guestdm,
Anything you could post regarding the details of this plan would be great, if you wouldn't mind sharing. Is it tough to follow? 'Normal' foods?

I would also be thrilled to see this if you can post it...struggling very hard, but also tired of spending money on things I am not sure will work. Would be greatly appreciated. |
