Jerusalem Diet |
|
|
Has Anyone Ever Tried The Jerusalem Diet. It is very Easy and Its Not like a diet at All. Ok, Its only One day a Week.
You can eat whatever you want for the week but you have one day of the week to a diet day which consists of
Fruits
Vegetables
Nuts
Seeds
Water
and You need to exercise for one hour that day and The rest of the week, you eat whatever you want.
Your goal is to lose one pound a week,if you want to lose more, do it again. It is very easy and I am going to start the diet. I start school September and want to be in good shape.
Try it out |

| The diet is great but it is not only one day a week. It is anyday you have not lost 1 pound for the week. |

the jerusalem diet |

| It's not really a diet. It's a way of life that should be adapted by everyone. It's awesome. After the first day I lost 2 lbs. I had been stuck in the 170's since March and when I woke up, I was 168. I am so excited about this change in eating habits that I am no longer looking after every new gimmick and promise of weight loss. I am resting in knowing that my body is actually thanking me for what I am doing and the side effect is slow and steady weight loss. Buy the book or audiobook and you will not be disappointed. Yesterday, I ate a large piece of praline candy full of pecans, sugar and condensed milk with absolutely no guilt. If you like to enjoy stuff like that, then the Jerusalem diet is for you. Note: You do have to exercise and eat healthy on certain days. This is no quick fix. |
