Ugh. Weighed in this morning; didn't lose anymore. But then, I did eat a LOT yesterday; I feel like some of it is still sitting in my stomach. So, maybe I'll have another weigh-in tomorrow.
Did it take any of you a week or two to start seeing significant results? |

Yes, I jog a couple miles almost every day. So yeah, about 45 minutes of cardio a day. Senior in HS, not much time for hours of exercise between all the school stuff. Also, if I did much more, my achilles tendonitis would flare up again.
Do you have any tips for other cardio workouts I could do? There is no gym nearby, so I have no access to common equipment. |

I haven't been weighing myself the past few days. I caught a cold, so I haven't been able to exercise. It's too depressing to weigh in when you KNOW you can't possibly have lost any, so...I guess I'll get back on it tomorrow or the day after. I'll keep you posted. |
