Hi
I am Tammy
I have just joined this site I am really overweight got between 6 and 7 stones to lose been dieting nearly all the time done different diets then lost weight and then put it back on again i have been yoyoing with my weight just need to get going with my weightloss again . I carry most of my weight on my bottom half which is hard to shift from there but think exercise is the only answer but im so tied and get out of breath i and feel larthargic once ive lost a couple of stones i will feel better my health is suffering got blood pressure which i never used to have .
Its all down to this overweight . Hope to get to know you all very soon if we all stick together and support each other it wont seem too bad

Hello Tammy,
Welcome abroad!

The best way to do it is to start exercising. I've seen all kind of diets but without exercising none will give the best results.

I am sure that you will find here the support you need.

You are right about exercise you lose it quicker than just diet . Yes im sure i will find the support on here got to work my way round the forum

The best results you can get is to mix some cardio exercising with weight lifting. What are you thinking of?

Yes, its a good start.
Try to go to the gym also. You will see some real changes with a good program.
