i just started phentermine and i was wondering everyone else's success stories. i dont like to wait, i am an impatient person, so hopefully everyone has seen results quickly. let me know.

I have been on ohen for 1 week today, and Im down 7 lbs!! Very Happy
It really helps curb the appetite and I have been walking for my excercise! I really feel it in my belly (im not as big and bloated as before)

I started in Feb.
I would like to drop 20 more.

I too need immediate results.

I don't hardly ever weigh myself. I go by how my clothes are fitting, that is easier for me.
Before you know it you will be down 10, 15 , 20 pounds!

I'm a lot slower than you all!

I've been on and off for going on two months... and down 20 pounds. Like to lose about 10 more.

I use to eat when I was bored or depressed Now I find myself getting up and doing something around the house I walk everyday even if its just around the block Smile I eat so much less and when I do snack I grab a yogurt or a little cottage cheese and crackers . I do get a little hungry and my stomach growls in the late evening but Ive never been a late snacker so I just wait it out ...I make lunch my main meal and most of the time I feel I have to force myself to eat it all. Water has become my new snack and I actually like it . My husband told me today he nocticed the small weight loss in the way my clothes fit...... It made me smile, this coming from a man who wouldn't know a compliment if it hit him in his head! He has a good body and goes to the gym often ....oh by the way he didnt birth any children and has the freedom to do as he pleases ...he dont have to cart a 3 and 2 year old to the gym with him..... Ok I feel better Laughing

I've been on Phen for just under a month, and I've only lost 6 pounds. I expected to lose much more, especially since I have so much to lose.

I know I've slowed down w/ the weight loss & notice that I am snacking more than I did a few weeks ago. Originally, I was on the 37.5 from customhart and they worked very well. I could only take 1/2 a day or I'd get jittery. I also stopped getting a good night's sleep. Now I've switched to a lower dose from US pills, and am sleeping better but I've noticed immediately that I am snacking alot more, especially after 4:00. I haven't weighed myself yet cuz it hasn't been a week and I don't want to get discouraged, but I got a feeling the scale is moving in the wrong direction.

To I'mworthit- Don't be discouraged. I've been there (w/3kids) & know how hard it can be to find time for yourself. I give you credit for even trying to work out at the gym with toddlers. Our gym has a little area for toddlers & there is 1 little girl who can't be older than 3 who is so adorable - she will watch her mother (w/ a very serious look on her face) & mimic her every action as she goes through the entire circuit - even copies the breathing!

Update, bestmedspharma did refund my full 200 dollars I paid them.
I've lost 13lbs now. I'm so stoked. It's been coming off at a rate of 2lbs per week approximately. I'm not in too much of a hurry. Went to the doctor and my bp was great, however my pulse rate was 101! too high, they will continue to monitor this. I'm doing well, still sticking to the WW diet and mild-moderate exercise. Hope all is well with everyone.

Hey everyone I went to the doctor for my check up on saturday and from 7-7-07 to 7-21-07 I had lost 9lbs. I was really excited and that motivates me to make even better choices and excercise even more...I also got my B12/B6 shot....OUCH!!!

Hi-

I haven't done much except to watch what I eat.

As of today, I've lost a total of 10 pounds, so that's a little better. I've lost weight this week because I'm being a little unhealthy and not eating as much as I should. I'm going to start doing situps and a little strength training, so hopefully, that will help.

I have been exercising and dieting since june 4th and started phen June 27th.
In june I went from 142 to 133. I was 33.8% body fat!
right now I am at 125.8 (every ounce counts!) last i checked (couple weeks ago) i was 28% body fat. I have to say the lbs arent falling off like I hoped - I went from never exercising to doing it 4 timers per week, but ever since i started following the workout plan from the bob Green diet (oprahs) I exercize between 70 and 80 %of my max heart rate.. I have lost 1/2 lb per day. I had gotten stuck and now with the phen and that I hope t o reach my goal in 8 weeks.
I really think exercizing is helping!
