Hello,
First of all I want to thank you all for contributing to Weight Loss Forums. Its becoming a bigger and better support community each day.

I will be out of town for a 7 day vacation and I do not like to keep my "baby" unwatched If you spot any kind of spam please write me an email to light@weight-loss-forums.com containing the link to the respective post.

I will be trying to watch over the forum from there but I do not know if I will have full access to the Internet. Lately we have about 60-70 new posts per day and its beginning to be quite hard to keep track of things.

Light - I occasionally see spam here and would like to send you the link as you requested, but am a little unsure of how to do it. Could it done just my sending a pm to you (using the pm buttom above)? This might sound stupid but can you also explain the steps in sending the link. Do I copy & paste something? Thanks for all your help.

I just rec'd spam as a pm on this site. The username it was from is Midnight. Annoying stuff!
