My dad always suggested that I should drink a full glass of water before meals to make me full faster and easier. That way I wouldn't eat as much. Well ladies and gents, this is no different. Those pills are caffiene and filling. The only reason they "work" is because you are filling your stomach with water and then you aren't as hungry. Period. Save yourself some money, and your kidneys some strife, and cut the caffiene and just drink the water.

My trick is I eat cereal. Low in fat, high in vitamins. Special K + Skim milk = fat free, vitamin/mineral packed meal.

As for Anna Nicole. Hers worked because she had the junk with ephedra. Ephedra works because it kills your APPETITE. Just like some already illegal drugs, ephedra (now illegal) makes it so you couldn't eat if you wanted to. The thought of eating makes you sick. Ask any raver who does ecstasy (or anyone who's partied in college). You couldn't eat to save your life DAYS after taking it.

So I suggest you go to mexico or canada and get yourself some ephedra. Or if you aren't fond of life or your brain cells, go to your local ghetto and buy some ecstasy.

They tell you to drink a full cup of water with each pill, so if you take two pills you drink two full glasses of water. I completely agree that it's more the water that's filling you up. The pills did nothing for me. Did Anna take the ones with euphedra? That would make sense. They are not providing any details on how she lost weight with Trim Spa. Some are speculating that she secretly had a gastric bypass. She must have had plastic surgery to get rid of the excess skin. She should be truthful and forthcoming about how she lost the weight and not get many people's hopes up buying these pills with false expectations.
