Help to lose the gut |
|
|
Hello I am new here and I need some advise.
Basically, I honestly do not like running. I dred it but I do, do it for the most part. I know some of the best ways to lose your stomach is to run. But is there something else I could do also instead of running that is as affective? Or is there something else I could do that would tone down how much I have to run?
Thanks |

If you have access to a pool swimming is good because there's no impact. Or if you have access to the gym, cross trainers are alot of fun (again little impact and you effectively burn more calories, since you use your upper body too).
I hate running too - it's the shock on the impact vibrating through my legs that puts me off (and hurts my boobs - sports bra or not, the girls here will understand lol). |

I also hate running. If you don't mind walking briskly you may want to try that out. It works just as well as running and puts less stress on the joints.
You should be able to walk and hold a conversation but don't stroll. Walk for about 30 mins or more at least 3 times a week. As you probably heard over and over...the main thing is your diet. You can walk for hours but if you take in more calories than you are burning off, you won't lose weight. Hope this helps. |

Yeah the cross trainers I acually do use when I warm up and stuff for any workout. I acually do not mind doing it.
Yeah I try to eat healthy and try not to over eat. Lately, I have started a thing where I acually eat a good size salad right before every dinner meal, so when I am ready to acually have the main course, I do not eat as much. |

Losing your gut |

All the advice given so far is good, however one of the most important things to do is get rid of the fecal matter in your colon. Do that by using a colon cleanse such as, Ultimate Colon Cleanse. You can learn about that here at fat-burnerinfo.com
Next thing to do is sit ups, not just the regular sit up but a special type I will try to describe. Here goes, sit on the floor with you knees drawn up to your chest in front of a heavy couch, now hook your feet under the front of the couch, now clasp your fingers behind your head, now lay on the floor with your hands behind your head, now sit up, now slowly twist your trunk to the left and touch your left knee with your right elbow, slowly return to the neutral position, ie. in the situp position facing the chouch, now lay back on the floor, now sit up, slowly turn to the right and touch your right kee with your left elbow, now slowly return to the neutral position, lay down and repeat touching your left and right knees as described above.
I know the above description is long but once you get going you'll be amazed at the benefits. This situp helps to build up your lower stomach muscles and your lower back muscles. You may want to start by doing 50 of these in sets of 10 with a 1 minute rest period between each set.
Good luck.
