I started following an Atkins diet and now I want to get a Tony Little Gazelle machine. I am thinking at the power plus model with the pistons with the three levels of resistance. Does any one use this one. would love to hear any testimonials or reviews for Tony Little Gazelle.
Thank you.

I have a Tony Little Gazelle at home. Ive seen the commercials with Tony Little, the Gazelle will give you a good sweat but will not make you buff like Tony. Overall is a good aparat if you have the place to keep it.
Take chare.

Kinda of big but it works. Tony Little Gazelle will not work all the muscles but is a great workout. For the best results you can combine this with a good workout at the gym with weights and all...

I kind of like the Gazelle. I think I do need more. I have the Edge from Walmart. Under $100. I am impressed because I was driving one day and I rest my hand on my leg and I felt a muscle bulging out. I felt that after about a month of doing the Gazelle workout every other day in durations of 15min to 1hr depending on how I felt that day. Usually do 30-40min every other day. Watch television at the same time. Great tool and compact enough to slide under the bed. LOL. Good Luck all.

I have a good opinion on the Gazelle even though I never tried it. Can you tell us how much weight did you loose with it?

I bought the gazelle from walmart for under $100 a few years ago.  I thought it was going to be great seeing as I am a stay at home mom and I could do it in my living room.

Well..... it is ok.  For some reason it REALLY hurt the arch of my right foot...to the point I eventually stopped wearing shoes when I was on it.  It still hurt, but not as bad.  I would feel like I was getting this great workout but in reality I could have done just as well if not better walking outside at an incline for LESS time than I was doing on the gazelle.  I noticed a slight weight loss but was also really watching what I ate at the time....so not sure if it was just the abscence of crap food or the gazelle.  I think it was the food.

Anyhow, it's been sitting in my basement now for 3 years only used for a 4 month time frame.

If anyone is looking for one, I would sell this one for $50 ... I am in the Kansas City area.

These machines are great for workouts. As someone said earlier they wont make you buff but they will definitely help with your fitness and core strength.
