My Progress |

Started on the 11th of July at 310 pounds.
I'm 27 now and made a decision to NOT be just another overweight guy.
This Wednesday will be my 3rd week.
I am now at 292 Pounds. 18 pounds lost in my first 2 weeks.
Many will tell me that's way too fast. But the truth is I went from 6 Buckets of Baskin Robins double choclate fudge a day to 6 meals of fish, vegetables, egg whites and ALOT of water over night.
I am also doing 10 Minutes of light cardio, followed by 15 minutes of Interval training, followed by 30 minutes more of light cardio every day. No days off. I lift weights every 3rd day before my cardio workout, and swim 2 KM's every 5th day. I find the irregular swimming is refreshing, and the weight lifting is just there to minimise muscle loss.
My goal is to drop another 50 pounds by Mid October, and 70 pounds by new Years.
I know it's going to slow down soon, hopefully I'll have it in me to push further and harder to break through any plateaus I hit. |
