Dear Sliverline (p:s thats the name of my diary)
It has been a struggle for me, ever since I took med's my weight has changed. It took me 2 months to lose a whole stone. Which I'm very proud of! I really do admire the people out there who try and get fit. It isn't easy. I do sometimes feel like giving up but the amount of effort put in its all worth it.
