Day 2: 145
Day 3: 144
Day 4: 144.4
Day 5: 143.6
Day 6: 143.4
Total Lost: 4.1
I didn't take the 2nd dose yesterday since I was out and didn't want to take it late when I got home. I was so tired! I took a 2 hour nap in the middle of the day. Today I have a headache still behind the eyes. I just feel hung over. I'm still losing weight and I didn't stick with my eating program like I should've so lipovarin IS doing it's job. I just hate feeling sluggish... yuck! Maybe exercise will help.... |

Hi Erin,
Hope the headache goes away. Are you drinknig enough water? Sometimes I ge those types of headaches and I realize I haven't had enough water. Hey, that's 4 lbs in 6 days though, that's pretty good. Keep it up! |

Hi! Thanks for the feedback. Ya, I'm drinking TONS of water and almost thought it was too much - maybe messing up my electrolytes. I'm drinking more than 10 glasses a day. I get dehydrated if I don't. I'm still not sure it's the lipovarin causing the headaches though. The pressure here in Texas has been up & down and I'm pretty sensitive to that...

| i love the 3 week rapid weight loss and im glad you guys are doing well. I lost over 10 lbs on my first week system and am down another 6 lbs in 8 days on my 2nd go around. |

I am just on my 2nd day of the Lipovarin and the Thyrotril and so far so good no headaches of nausea, I did not realize until I started reading the forums that they had a 3 week rapid system when I purchased the 2 items so I ordered the 3rd item today that you are suppose to start on day 12. Are you taking all 3 items or just the 2 items to start off with? That is awesome that you have lost 16 lbs now is that in a total of 2 consecutive weeks? |
