Hi everyone! I ordered the 3 week system much to the dismay of my bank account... Razz I really hope the results posted are from honest people. I really need to lose weight!! I'm tired all the time, my skin is awful, and I'm cranky - all because of my awful diet. I just haven't had the motivation to start Weight Watchers and go through the slow uphill battle just to lose 15-20 lbs. I'm hoping this will give me a boost. There seems to be a correlation with those who work out to the extreme and failure/weight gain. I don't want to get burnt out so I'm going to walk 4x a week for 30 minutes to start. I'll gradually get up to doing my Firm tapes after that. As far as my diet goes, I know that Weight Watchers works but I've been eating too much of the fat free snacky stuff which really ups my cravings - so will focus more on protein, fruit, veggies, and fat free dairy instead of the higher carb items.

Wish me luck - will start posting a journal as soon as I get my pills. Smile

Just wanted to say - got my 3 bottles today and I'm excited!!!

I have a whole grocery list of food to get tonight. With 3 boys and a skinny husband, my house is not exactly diet-safe. Here's what I'm getting:

Pickles - just 'cuz
Red wine vinegar - combined with olive oil on salads
Salad mix
Leaf lettuce - for wraps
Cucumbers
Celery
Tomatoes
Onions
Canned soups – broth based or tomato
Lemons - great in water
Skim milk
FF cheeses
FF sour cream
Better ‘n eggs - egg substitute
Veggie burgers – Morningstar Farms or Boca
FF,SF pudding
FF unsweetened yogurt
Unsweetened applesauce
Frozen strawberries & blueberries
Silken tofu - smoothies!
Ff ricotta cheese - great for dessert mixed w/ splenda
FF cottage cheese
Salsa
Sugar free gum
Bottled water

It looks vegetarian but I already have plenty of fish and chicken in my freezer. Lots of calcium-foods because studies have shown dairy products (fat-free) aid in weight loss so get those 3 servings in - especially for teens & women! I'm also taking daily walks with my 2 year old once he gets over his strep throat. I'm hoping that I don't get it - boy would that screw up my game plan!! lol

Tomorrow I will post my first weigh in. Tonight I'm having my last meal... pizza. lol

Took my first dose of both thyr and lipo at about 7:00 this morning. Weighed in at 147.5 (yikes). I've had 2 mini-meals of cottage cheese & pineapple and then a yogurt smoothie. I've been really hungry so not sure if I'm eating enough. I'm not usually this famished in the morning so it's weird. Maybe it's because i gorged on pizza last night - lol. As far as side effects go, I'm shaky and feeling like I had 2 double shot lattes - not bothering me. No nausea or headache though. I'll take the next dose in just a minute and then wait a bit and eat a veggie burger wrapped in lettuce leaves w/ tomatoes.

Hopefully taking the 2nd dose will suppress my appetite a bit more. I almost ate some leftover cheesy bread but hung in there. I always have the munchies way more in the afternoon hours so wish me luck!

Good morning! Got on the scale already and I'm down to 145. I started my period though so that might have something to do with it. Obviously it's not fat - 2.5 lbs in 1 day and to be honest, I certainly don't FEEL thinner. lol I feel a little bloated, actually.

I have to be honest - yesterday I was starving all day long! I mentioned this to a friend of mine and she said it was probably a blood sugar thing since I gorged on pizza the night before. I stayed away from all sugar & flour. At 11:30 I couldn't sleep and my stomach was growling like crazy so I got up and ate a protein bar - then slept like a baby. I took my last dose around 1:00 so I can definitely see people suffering from insomnia if they take it late afternoon. Today, I'm having unusually bad cramps and I read on an earlier post that that's happened before. Maybe the caffeine? Who knows. It's not stopping me though.

Erin - day 2, 2.5 lost

I feel great! Still no side effects at all. The jitters are going away too. I'm down to 144 - couldn't resist getting on the scale. I'm eating a LOT but no exercise at this point. That's 3.5 lbs. lost in 2 days. I know it's probably fluid but WOW!

Kelly, make sure you watch what you eat as well. Exercising alone won't do it. If you read any of the negative posts vs. positives - you can tell that those following a diet have MUCH more success on it. I've noticed a lot of posters here don't know much about nutrition. Rolling Eyes

Day 1: 147.5
Day 2: 145
Day 3: 144
Day 4: 144.4

I feel so tired this morning!! I think it's my new way of eating. I'm not used to foregoing the sugar rush all day. I stayed up pretty late last night doing stuff and slept in way too late.

Yesterday my cravings were really rough. I ended up eating some low fat tomato soup and reduced fat crackers around 11:00 so all that sodium, no wonder I'm up .4. I have a weird behind the eyes type headache today and did yesterday too but it stopped when I ate some light ice cream. So I don't really know if it's the lipovarin or sugar withdrawals. I'm writing down what I eat so I think I'm going to post my journal here. I wasn't accurate yesterday as much so I'll put down Day 2's. I eat a LOT and often so i'ts both quality and quantity as you'll see. In addition, I'm drinking so much water - probably at least 10 glasses. I add lemon slices and I've used crystal light as well but not often. No extra caffeine.

Morning
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup Egg Beaters Egg Beaters
1/4 cup Kraft Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
salad & veggies
portabello mushrooms
strawberries

Midday
1 Morningstar Farms Frozen Better'N Burger(s)
1/4 cup fat-free cottage cheese
1/4c ff mozz
pickles

Evening
1 cup cooked whole wheat pasta
pasta sauce
strawberries
2 glasses wine

Snacks
1/4 cup water-packed tuna fish, drained
2/3 cup fat-free cottage cheese
tomatoes
ff,sf pudding

Day 5: 143.6

Feeling great, feeling thinner. My pants are actually a bit loose on me and my tummy is definitely flatter. DH said, "you look great"!!! Laughing

Day 1: 147.5
Day 2: 145
Day 3: 144
Day 4: 144.4
Day 5: 143.6

Total lost = 3.9

I imagine I'll taper off soon. 4 pounds in 5 days is extreme but I suppose that's what I wanted! lol I read the bottle again and it says nothing about appetite suppression so I guess it's doing exactly what it says it should. It's really tough to not eat - I'm hungry all the time but I'm getting used to it. It's a good thing I'm following an eating plan or I'd be gorging like crazy. Since it was Friday last night, I had 3 jack & diet cokes - also ate a McDonalds cheeseburger and fries and STILL had a loss!! Woohoo!!

I still have a little hung over headache type feeling but so did dh so maybe it's just something in the air and not the pills. It's certainly manageable.

Have a great weekend!

Hi Erin,
I just ordered the Lipovarin 3 week pack. I am 5'1" and weigh 147 lbs. I would like to lose 20 pounds. How do you feel so far? Sounds like you're making great progress in such a short period. Hope I have good results with this.

I hope you have good results too!! Just make sure you stick with some kind of organized diet like south beach or weight watchers. Something that's lower in sugar & processed stuff and plenty of protein and fresh produce. Plus you absolutely HAVE to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Do all of that and you will be so successful - you won't believe it.

I've done all of the above before without the lipovarin with much slower results so I'm a believer so far. I honestly think the people that fail are just looking for a scapegoat for their own behavior. The lipovarin will NOT make you gain weight. It's biologically impossible if you just look at the ingredients alone. Beware though - it might make you hungrier. It's like your body is burning calories faster and more efficiently. It's natural response is to want more... especially if you're used to eating a lot - which I was. Mini meals is what's saving me.

Good luck - please keep in touch! I need motivation! lol
