Today marks the first day of taking the pill cylaris. I've always seen commercials about diet pills and exercise and all of that. I never bothered to try any of the "diet" protein shakes, bars, or pills. Until now. I've had problems in the past with weight.. it started 4th grade and carried on to 6th grade. Then, once I had hit the Junior high mark I started slimming out. I was 140lbs.-145lbs. my 7th & 8th grade year - It's not too bad since I'm 5'6; So I'm right in my range. But when I got to high school I noticed, as well as my classmates that I started to gain a few pounds. I kept going up and down from 140 to 150. Freshman year, passed; then sophmore year.
As soon as Junior year started I noticed a change in appetite and change in my body. I was constantly at dance practice ( which would be about 6 hours daily ) if not that, then a performance or two. When I decided to take a break due to some emotional issues (teen stuff,yeah?) I started to gain the weight. in 5 months alone I managed to gain 35 pounds! Coming into senior year I was 175 !! I started showing that I was gaining and it didn't help that I was going through a rough time.
I had got wind that my grandmother had passed July 2006 - then 2 months later; my boyfriend died of cancer; Sept 2006 - And then 1 month after that my uncle passed away; Nov. 2006... Not to mention my emotional wreck - I also had problems with my bestfriends and I ended up losing them because of my moods. To complete this - I currently weigh in at 205.4lbs and I felt like a couch potato.
I hate the feeling of not being able to fit my clothes anymore - and I just hate trying to exercise everyday and not see a shred of change. So I took chance by buying cylaris. Hopefully this can change things around for me - because I want to start over before I enter college and I'm willing to do whatever it takes just to acomplish my goal. I will succeed!

- Running/Jog (Distance: 3miles)

- Ham & cheese San.
* 2 Pieces wheat bread (toasted)
* 4 Thinly sliced ham (deli select)
* 1 TBS Mayo
* 2 Slices of cheese (kraft)
- 16oz. Water
This is where I'm at so far - Also, I'd like to know of any side effects to look out for if anyone knows?
As of right now - I've never felt this feeling before until after I took the pill. Its like my body feels warm, but when air blows at me it doesn't feel normal. Kind of like the feeling of how when your sick and body temp changes? Is it just me or a reaction from the pill? Just wondering. I'll be on later to update.

I'm really surprised at myself that I actually went the day without snacking in between times. The water sure did help. And I didn't exercise in the evening like I was supposed to but its okay.... |

This is now Day two and I'm so excited ! I woke up this morning so eager to see if there was a change?! And guess what!! There was!!
