Has anyone tried the slimming world diet? Is it just basically food combining? Has anyone had any success stories on it?

Hello.. Yeah ive been on Slimming World a few times and its really good and the more you eat the more you lose.. i lost 10.5lb in my first week and you can eat lots lots lots
try it you will really like it
