You don't have to reply to this or even read it! I just thought that maybe if i write down what I have done and eaten and my progress maybe I might stick to it.
Anyhow, food wise the only bad things were cheese in my sandwiches (and on toast for breakfast) and ice cream after my lunch. Oh oh and I had 4 squares of a cadbury chocolate bar (had the other 2 last night) but then I did work a 9 hour shift today which used energy and I'm tired because I won't sleep because I'm stressed so I won't get myself too hung up on today. I am really considering going to my doctor and getting a diet pill because that would help speed things up along with weight watchers so then I can see results and then stick to it. But he isn't back until the 20th which is days away and is cutting it fine to my big day of these hols - GCSE results :S Oh well, I will start up an excercise program soon, I keep starting but only do it once then kid of forget about it
Anyway's, its that time where I try to sleep so Good Night x x x |

| I decided the other day I was going to go to the doctors and see if he could give anything to help and I booked the appointment this morning and now I am scared! I have never used anything to help before but I know I can't do it on my own so *fingers crossed*. I have just got to try not to chicken out now! |

| You never know. I knew someone who had a thyroid problem, and once she had it taken care of, the weight came off. Give it a try! Who knows? |
