I've been at a new Turbo Jam/Slim in 6 plan for the past two weeks and I feel a little different but I am absolutely in love with Turbo Jam. I've dropped roughly 7 pounds and realized I have no before pics.

I just took some. No one will ever see them!!!! I am so humiliated and embarassed. I know you're supposed to share, but I didn't know how bad it was until it was on my computer.

I have a small frame, 5'2", but I've put on a lot of weight that goes unnoticed. Clothes on, I feel somewhat confident, have never had someone mention my weight before, but I've always felt uncomfortable and self conscious. With pics in hand, I REFUSE to quit this program. I'm doing so good, and will look at these pics daily to remind me why I'm putting in so much hard work.

For those who have posted before pics, do you feel like it's helped you at all, facing humiliation and posting them anyway?
